We booked several rooms and during the checking several guests were getting from reception door cards from previously occupied rooms.

restaurant and food was lovely

The single bed and pillow were terrible

Too many things are broken everywhere. Too expensive and def. Not 4 star level. At least not the rooms

Good location and since I stayed for the course held in the property it’s a perfect option for the area.

Gym be a bit better

The room was big.The room was clean.

Room was very dark, lights may be dim to a minimum but we can't control it. AC doesn't work properly.No space in the working desk to work, full with coffee machine and coffee capsules and other stuff.Very poor wi-fi, only 35 to 40 Mbps, not enough for a video meeting.Because there was a bunch of people in the lobby organizing themselves in font of the elevator, the other customers were not able to reach it, and instead of put some order in the indian chaos, the hotel employee made me go up through the stairs.

We like about the property is location, it is very peaceful, relaxing and your very near to the nature. Next are the staffs, receptionists are very friendly, approachable and helpful especially Mr. Kenneth.

Location, walk to the train station, the town centre and in a nice green neighbourhood

The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint.

Very unhelpful staff at reception as air conditioning unit not working in heat wave no offer of another room or discount for two sleepless nights.Saying that temporary night staff on reception very polite and tried but obviously didn't know everything.Rooms overpriced and need updating but reception areas good.

Breakfast was excellent. Super varied and complete! It was truly a continental breakfast, Dutch style :D The hotel was very well maintained, fancy and it kept its traditional style without falling apart. Congrats for up keeping it. Hope to return, it was a good break from Utrecht tiny hotels with exorbitant prices. I recommend staying here :)

Just the shower is transparent, which makes it awkward when you are traveling with someone who is not your partner, but other than that, all good!

Property is old and not cared for. Paint is peeling, doors slam.

Staff was not customer service oriented, we sat for 45 min at table waiting for server, finally took our order, forgot to put it in, then it was taken to wrong table, 3 hours later it was over and under cooked!When staff cleans rooms throw dirty and clean sheets on floor in hall.

Location

Dark room. Not enough lighting inside room. Cleaning service forgot to close the door properly one time. On a cold day the cleaning service opened the window, so it was very cold when we came back to the room (it is spring i understand, but temperature fluctuates a lot in the Netherlands). And heating did not work. Only after we complained (by note) and asked to NOT open the windows, the heating worked but only for one day (in bedroom), in bathroom it worked from then on. Not that new anymore, some things were worn and broken already, like the holder for soap in the shower.

Safe and not busy area

We could hear the people in the room above ours. At 2:00 am they were talking very loudly (as if they were outdoors at 2:00 pm), walking all over the room (shoes with heels), slamming doors, dragging chairs. Quite inconsiderate. Both nights were the same for us.

Location , cleanliness and polite staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations.

Close to Amersfoort centre, just a 20 min walk

Not a lot of alternatives for food close by, you need to walk to the centre

Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

The air conditioner had too much light while running…that was somewhat annoying when you’re trying to sleep. There were very few electrical outlets, and none in the bathroom, which made it difficult to use the hair dryer.

very clean, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, elevator, room access with keycards, 24 hour reception, free on site private parking (lots of spaces), very nice terrace outside (we had some local beers), nice and helpful staff,

elevator was a bit slow, got a lot of reminder e-mails about checking-in before arrival and paying city taxes (I found this part a bit annoying), upon arrival activating keycards did not work the first time so I had to go back for a second activation, a 30 minute walk to the center area of the city

Comfortable beds

The waiter ( Suited ) was just extremely rude, seemed like a race thing. Had no patience, got the order wrong as wasn't listening and at the end of the meal asked if the food was OK? When I sad no his reply was" Well that's how come ls out of the kitchen. Had prawn an old pasta, prawns grilled and ok, pasta swimming in water with no taste. On check out wasn't asked if my stay wasPleasurable

Very unfriendly check-in. Later we asked for an extra pillow which apparently was difficult to get and never came
