The staff was super friendly. They have a free Haribo station! The hotel was very quiet and I got an amazing night's sleep. If I could, I would have taken the mattress home with me. So comfy! The hotel is also perfectly situated on a quiet side street between train station and historic city.

Hotels are generally not cheap in Germany. That said, I have no complaints about this hotel worth writing down here.

Extremely helpful staff, good breakfastVery dog friendly

We could not sleep because our room was facing the parking, people were arriving throughout the night and talking loudly. The hotel should really be closing the parking for the night

The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel has nice decor and fun shared spaces. We appreciated the bike storage and coffee in the morning. Great location.

First, the parking is really good -- separate, covered spots and we did not have to negotiate the narrow ramps we usually find in underground parking. The staff are friendly and professional, and the location is excellent. We were given an upgrade to a larger room, which we really appreciate, it was lovely. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The always-available coffee set up and comfortable sitting areas are a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, very clean, friendly staff, comfy bed!

Very friendly hotel. Best hotel sauna outside Finland. Neat living room and breakfast rooms.

Close to the town and railway stationHonesty bar very reasonable prices

Towels very smallExpensive breakfast

Central location, great staff, free coffee and a vegan candy bar.

This hotel is very good, they were friendly with my dog and helpful with info about the city. The room was perfect for the dog and had a nice corner (see the photo)

The breakfast, the friendly staff and the candy bar.

It’s difficult to get fresh air inside the rooms, even with the window open.

Comfortable room, good shower, decent breakfastJust be aware there are a handful of steps at the entrance if you have heavy bags (there may be a lift from the car park but we didn’t use it)

Cozy hotel and friendly staff ? We even got a free upgrade for our room and some sweets when checking out. The public areas are also a highlight with free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Would absolutely recommend!

Nothing to note here

Private garage, very good location, extreme friendly staff, very clean room despite pet friendly, cozy common areas

Breakfast is 19 euro, more expensive than it should cost

The room was very nice and clean. An extra was free coffee at the hotel lobby.

The location was excellent, near the train station as well as the centre. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable bed, nice and clean bathrooms

WiFi was quite poor, which is not great when planning your day using the Internet

- Friendly and humorous staff - Bikes available at property- Sauna exclusively by us (appointment booking)- Breakfast is one of the best I had- Trust bar with amazing items (ice cream, chips, Prosecco)- Candy bar All in all you fill like home and the team really approaching your wishes!

Excellent location within walking distance from the city centre. The design of the hotel and the room was modern and tasteful. Parking was essentiell and quite clever, but must be booked as there are only 17 spaces. The staff was professionell, spoke good english and was very friendly and obligating.

The top floor was quite warm without aircondition.
