The staff was SO accommodating! Whenever we had a question or a request, they were so friendly while answering or helping us. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Oh, my wife would want me to mention that everything was so clean too.

The clerk at the desk was absolutely accommodating. I had a meeting in 10 minutes that I had to be in and he was very quick getting me into a room. I have traveled a lot and this hotel was the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in in 30 years.

Spa was not working, had to move rooms due to TV broken, hair dryer in new room not working fridge in new room was filthy. Requested a first floor room and told no problem only when I checked in and told I couldn?t have one, staff was friendly on check in

The pool water was so chlorinated, everyone was coughing, gagging and our eyes were burning. The front desk said the window that was opened (approx 5?) in the pool room was the only ventilation. The hot tub was cold. Room air filters were filthy
