Great location, modern and clean, well maintained

Excellent location close to the center of Lubeck. Easy parking arrangements. Excellent Italian restaurant and great breakfast buffet.

No AC, muggy rooms. Decor was bland, worn and unappealing. Poor quality toiletries. Tub drained slowly and water was ankle deep during shower.

Very small and dark room although comfortable

Very good location, opposite the Trave river but on the Stadtgraben, just a 3-4 minute walk to Holstentor and approximately 8-10 minutes to the Altstadt and old town hall.Spacious room. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The room was quite dark with old, somewhat worn down furniture and fixtures. There was no electrical outlet near the bedside table. There did not appear to be air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast buffet was magnificent, and the service there was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful city center and conveniently close to the train station

The room itself was fine and spacious, the bathroom was average but acceptable. Unfortunately, this otherwise large hotel had no air conditioning or mechanical ventilation, and to make matters worse, not even a properly functioning ventilator (though oddly enough, there was a separate heater). As a result, the room suffered from poor temperature control and bad air quality. While the window could be opened, the traffic outside caused noise disturbances and unpleasant fumes from passing vehicles.

Easy check in process, with a very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There is no coffee machine in the room, no mini bar or any snacks.Carpet in a dog-friendly room wasn't the best idea, it was clearly stained previously and not cleaned properly. Our dog could smell the previous furry guest.See-through door to the bathroom is an interesting choice. We could make eye contact while one of us was sitting on a toilet. Parking is exceptionally expensive, 24euro per day.

Situated on perfect spot to explore the beautiful centre of Lübeck. Nice room, pet friendly hotel and very friendly staff. Restaurant and breakfast very good. Great park nearby for a walk with the dog.

Ideal location, easy parking and a very friendly barman. Excellent breakfast.

The location was great, and the breakfast was nice

The shower was cold unfortunately the first night it was just like slightly warm water but not enough to even make the bathroom mirror steam up and on the second day I couldn’t even go in the shower because it was not even slightly warm. Unfortunately I wasn’t a fan of having two mattress’ joined together for a double bed it’s not exactly comfortable to sleep with your partner on two single beds pressed together. But obviously that’s just a personal thing for me

We received excellent service, because we had some special need for beds. Stuff helped us out with great service level. Location is excellent near all lovely attractions. We also really liked beds, it felt so good to have excellent bed linen and matresses.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff

Booked the room with no breakfast but was charged for the breakfast. Tried to explain to staff but seemed like she didn’t understand because she repeated after us that the room was not included the breakfast but we was chaged for this anyway. Another staff came to help, so we finally got the refund

Location was really good, near the center . Very quiet rooms.

Restaurant-we had dinner in the Italian restaurant. We waited a bit and Quality was not good. I had ordered pasta which I would expect should be a good dish in an Italian. I didn’t finish my dinner. Otherwise staff was friendly.

+for early check in. Good bar. Never seen this one before, the remote was desinfected!!++
