Very roomy and well equipped apartment

Parking was full had to park car 10 minutes walk away

Our room in the main building was perfect. We loved the ambience and charm of the hotel and its convenient, central and scenic location. You can easily walk everywhere. The big beautiful breakfast was a great way to start the day. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Hardly a problem but hotel parking is very limited so reserve in advance. The very kind staff assists in finding close alternative parking.

Close to everything in Altstadt, good restaurants like Fangfrisch and many more

Friendly staff, nice location in the old city, fully equipped kitchen (we stayed in their apartment house)

The walls are thin, so we would often hear steps of people walking in the apartment above us and on the stairs outside

A great property. We stayed at the annex just a street away and it was very quiet.

The stairs to get to our room are VERY steep. It's not a problem, but was rough as we had just ridden 200km on our bicycles hahahaha

Location în the old town, 15 min.walk to the busy area. Cleanness, facilities, breakfast, staff.

No parking available, difficult drive to the hotel, street closures.

Chris in reception and everyone on the staff were super nice. Very convenient for a brief stay as it is located very centrally. Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was super. Across from the hotel is a wonderful garden in the plaza to hang out in.

The room was very small -- ok, it was an economy studio but there was hardly room to turn around.

Fabulous location in the old town. Clean and comfortable.

The parking garage was difficult to find as our navi directed us to walk the last section down a one-way road. Google maps gives the correct driving instructions. The staff were however helpful in showing us how to get there (the hotel is easy to find) and it wasn’t a problem.

Breakfast was great, the rooms were tidy and cozy, the location was exceptional in the middle of the old town. We really enjoyed our time here :)

At arrival there were some small problems in the room. The staff however had them fixed right away.

Uncomfortable beds, only one pillow.

Staff is amazing. Met us greatly, gave advices how to spend evening. Location of the hotel is perfect, you are in the center of middle ages and Hansa history.

Room was not a suite, tiny and nowhere to sit comfortably. Also walls were very grubby - this would be easy to resolve with a good clean.

Parking either reserve upfront for hotel garage otherwise you need to find a space somewhere around the city and during Weinachtmarkt this can be challenging
