The location was close to the Railway station, the breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly.

The twin bed rooms for 2 people were very small not enough to even keep luggage properly, there was a very inconvenient method of unlocking your room, we had to type a six digit passcode physically every time to enter the room.

Very comfortable bed with a probably complete sound isolation towards outside. The room faced the railway and a multiple-lane road bridge buy I didn't hear anything with the closed window. From the inside, I also didn't hear anything (but also maybe there were not so many people on the floor at that time; not sure but it was very quiet inside the room overall).

The location is so-so but luckily Lübeck is rather small so I could he in the old center withing a 10-min walk.

Good location close to the city center. Rooms were small, but just big enough for 1 night. Breakfast was pleanty, but basic.

Not comfortable to sleep, quit loud at night. Our room is next to the rail way. And the wall between rooms also not good soundproof. We could even heard and felt the vibration of cellphone from next door. And the phone was vibrant whole night ?

Room fine. A little small but ok. Very clean and comfortable bed

I couldn't believe my eyes. No glasses but 2 small paper cups for drinking water or teeth cleaning. Apparently to help the environment. Seemed like saving labour costs. One got the feeling that everything was construed to save every cent.Finally the free parking (which is why we chose this hotel) was not available. €10 per day with the hotel and limited paid meter parking across the road.

bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were hair. The ventilation in the bathroom is not really good, it stinks in the bathroom. Carpet are not really vacuumed properly.

my phone screen broke and the reception lady would not allow me to use the phone to call family in england even though i said i would pay for call, i have stayed at this hotel many times before and will not stay here again , the staff at the niu rig in town allowed me to use thier phone for free and they will be getting my custom next time.

Parking was very limited, we got the last spot and checked in before 5pm. Many spots were dedicated for electrical vehicles, even though most in the lot were not

Good hotel to one night stay. Parking for car was bonus. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning draws replacement air from the drain. A typical problem in German construction, where replacement air intake is saved. Window need to Jeep open and it is not easy solution.

The drink automat has a good selection of beer at low cost.

The small parking facilities. I had to park in the street.

Clean and modern rooms, great shower. Breakfast was good. Easy to get to the old city.

Super close to the train lines so windows had to be closed at night.

Stayed one night in August, room is basic and adequate with the usual amenities. Convenient location near the train station and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Check-out was fuss-free as we could simply drop off the room card at reception.

The hotel was much better than I expected, we got free parking due to the major roadworks which was a bonus. It’s in a reasonable location, near the railway station and a short walk into town. I will stay in this chain again though not in Lubeck, nothing wrong with the hotel, just don’t feel the need to return to the town.

The surrounding area is a bit depressing and there’s a lack of decent restaurants and bars nearby.

Owner is very nice. Room is clean. There’s complementary fruit for you. Coffee machine and other kitchen tools are available. Comfy bed. There are many food shops and restaurants close to hotel.

We asked for a room with two beds, but upon arrival they had none left. The solution given was to put one mattress on the floor.

The first time for us to stay at the B&B hotel. It's a hostel-like hotel with all necessary items for the stay at a reasonable price. Room isn't big but clean; Not all amenities are provided (e.g., electric kettle) but the frontdesk staff has kindly provided hot water upon inquiry. Located near the rail station with convenient traffic connction. Delicious continental breakfast. These are all we need.
