Breakfast was very good, various options and good quality. Spa was very good, clean and lots of options. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast and evening buffet were SUPER - the personal were all super friendly and helpful as I had auto problems and with their help I was able to get the problem fixed. Enjoyed their friendlyness.

I think the service could have been more professional. While they were friendly and respectful, for a hotel like this I would have expected them to be a bit more on top of things, and more attentive.

The buffet meals, breakfast and dinner, are generally excellent. The staff are friendly and knowlegable. The hotel and its amenities are as inviting and comfortable as ever. When arriving by car, the parking facilities are exceptional.

Compared to our previous stay, the evening meal main course choice of meat appears to have been reduced, perhaps because the vegan/vegetarian options have increased. This was disappointing.

The town is not super exciting and there aren't a lot of places for dinner besides one in front of the hotel

For a spa hotel it is disappointing that it is impossible to book time for a massage, but in reality what is available is just the room and the bar. Even the restaurant was fully booked.

The Spa & Pool Area, the Gym, the breakfast buffet & the room - so in short everything!

We missed a Nespresso machine & water kettle in the room.

Hotel itself is beautiful, food is good and service is at the high level. Spa area was very positive surprise.

We were not quite sure if five Star international standards are met since hotel don’t have room service, valley parking. Addition to this rooms were not equipped as international five star hotels.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Lovely room with great balcony and ammenities.

Maybe a bit more of pool service - more staff and food/drink offer for a longer period.

TV only in German , no english channels are available! very strange for a 4 star Hotel! unbelievable!!!!

Hotel has a really nice location. Breakfast has rich variety, staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa zone is modern and nice.

Our room was on the floor which was not renovated yet therefore for this price looked very old school. Would be great if somewhere it would be mentioned before starting the booking process.

Beautiful Rome that looked right over to the beach. The breakfast was simply amazing with everything you could possibly want to eat from the time you checked in till the time you checked out service was immaculate I would love to return to this property as it is one of the best. They even reserved a table for the whole family breakfast, including my daughter and son-in-law that were on a different booking.

Our room was really nice, with a nice view to the see and very comfortable bed, also nice bathroom and design. We really liked the Rituals cosmetics in the room! Both breakfast and dinner were simply EXCELLENT! Compliment for the chef! It was a real culinary delight!Staff was also very kind and helpful. We did not really use the spa section, because the weather was nice and we rather sat by the see. For a glance it looked though a little bit too crowded...The location is perfect just a little walk to reach the see and also the shops. I really recommend this place, we will definitely come back one day for relaxing.

The hotel facilities are very well designed.The hotel room has been comfortable.The staff is very friendly.

We booked half board in ordner to have the best relaxing time. They offered fresh salads, veg and fruits all the time which was perfect.We missed a bit Asian foods...more rice dishes, asian soups, maybe sushi or anything like that.

I would come again, but not during renovation time, especially when the same charge would apply!

check out was a desaster. I waited almost 30 min to have them verify a wrong extra charge.overall impression was surely impacted by the renovation limitations.

The Breakfast buffet was large with incredible selection! The breakfast area beautiful and comfortable. Spa facility very nice and services great. Private spa suite exceptional. Pool awesome, beautiful! Great parking area on premise.
