Amazing bed, shower, bath. Spacious room.

Poor breakfast. No soft boiled eggs. Fruit salad contained sugar. No freshly squeezed juice. The TV didn't have an option to stream to it. Bad WiFi.

We ordered double bed. But there were two beds (single), which I do not like it. Breakfast was good

I rented the room in this hotel for a few hours before boarding a ferry. Was right on the beach and so I took advantage of that. Spent great time relaxing.

The cafe/ restaurant at the hotel, was so understaffed that, given the number of customers, I saw too many "not so satisfied faces" waiting for their food or drink or check.

Room was just above Chinese restaurant kitchen so smells come through open window . Hotel situated in remote industrial quarter … no walking distance to centre

Good Hotel with all the required facilities and prime locations with all the shops in walkable distance, Bar at the top floor with a full view of the town was super good, safe parking on the site with minimum fees

Nice, big and very clean room. Very quiet and stylish hotel. We had two small dogs with us and they were very welcome. The staff added two small beds for the dogs, some food and bowls for food and watter.

Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open when we arrived on Sunday night, I would not recommend the Asian restaurant at the ground floor but it doesn’t belong to the hotel anyway.

Highly recommended. We got stuck in a traffic jam and arrived in the middle of the night, but this was no problem at all and they even offered us a late check-out. Breakfast was also excellent.

Nothing to prove the 4 star rating

The bathroom floor is too slippery, the towels were not changed, I asked for a bathrobe and I didn't receive it, the beds were unstable, you could hear the traffic at 7 AM. The breakfast was really poor, the restaurant menu for dinner was also poor.

On the outside the hotel doesn't seem like much, mainly due to the surrounding area and located at a busy intersection. However, once inside the hotel, on rooms levels, a majestic change occurs. Very elegantly styled hallways and the room itself is spectacular! Large room with all the facilities required in a luxurious style. The 8th floor restaurant was equally exceptional in style and service.

The outside surroundings & reception area do not compliment the rest of the hotel. But, that's just a minor formality.

Loved the accommodations. I have high standards for cleanliness and this exceeded my expectations. The room was larger than most hotels that I stay in (Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt) and I had plenty of room for my travel items. I would consider bringing my family here for future stays.

The WiFi needs improvement. I had quite a bit of work that I needed to catch up on and I found that some areas of the room had a better connection than others.

I missed the refrigerator. Especially in summer.Only 1 elevator is pretty limited for such a huge hotel.

The room was very nice and clean. The comfortable bed allowed a good rest and a good night sleep. The breakfast was good standard but nothing special.

Traffic was noisy hence we had to keep the windows closed.

Big, clear, modern rooms, with a nice view. Breakfast was super with a big sellection of food. The staff was mainly young, but serviceminded.

Property is very clean, and it’s easily accessible. You can park on the main road. You don’t have to park in the hotel’s pay parking.

Unfortunately, the heat went off in our room, and there was no hot water. It was there at night when we went to bed, but nothing in the morning. I’m sure the hotel would’ve been happy to just leave that the way it was, if I hadn’t myself complained at the reception desk. Strangely, the young woman said, yes you could’ve gone to our other hotel to shower. Did she mean we should’ve slept there too? At any rate, what does that do me when I’m just spend the night? I was only there for one night. Anyway, they agreed to offer us a discount from the price, roughly 20% since we couldn’t bathe.
