- The Hotel has personality. I instantly fell in love with the artifacts, it felt like going back in time. I loved that the staff let me borrow an adapter for my US phone. Loved my spacious room and the breakfast was healthy/buffet style. Thanks!
- The staff was incredibly helpful! We loved the location, breakfast and our large room for a family of four. Our one and only complaint was the lack of hot water for showers. Other than that, it was perfect.
- Professional and friendly staff. Good location at a walking distance to various tourist attractions. This boutique hotel has a cute garden in which to relax. The rooms are very spacious. The king sized bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night.
Cons -
- No filtered water available
- Only small things needed, extra rubbish bin in room, towel racks, shelf in bathroom.....
- The room was very cold. Light came in through the door windows. It was very loud because of the location right next to the street

Rosarita at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming to those hidden gem in La Paz. The boutique hotel has everything you need a more for a comfortable stay. Will stay here again on my next visit.
The staff at the counter were very friendly. We arrived late on the bus. They provided us with hot water, gave us a place to rest when we left, and even helped us arrange a taxi. We really liked this lady who worked there that evening.
The room was quite comfortable with a modern bathroom. The location worked well for me. It is a 20 minute walk to the main tourist area and an 8 minute walk to a park with lots of surrounding shops. Rosa, at the front desk, is amazing. She made sure I had everything I needed. There is an open area to get tea and coffee that is accessible most of the day and night. I did find a need for a second trash bin in the room.
Check in staff helpful, good neighbourhood, safe, walking distance ( 20 mins to downtown )
No filtered water available
Great hotel with heaters which is important in Bolivia as it gets cold at night. Welcomed at 3AM with friendly staff, coca tea to fight the altitude and a beautiful room. The initial heater wasn’t working so the staff found me a new one making sure I was comfortable. The breakfast is great and so is the location. It’s near alot of restaurants and telefericos. I ended up booking another stay. The cozyness of the place makes its charm. I would recommend!
Large room with a comfortable bed, in a quiet of part of La Paz close to some very good restaurants. Nice courtyard to sit it. Very friendly helpful staff, with a nice breakfast supplied.
Only small things needed, extra rubbish bin in room, towel racks, shelf in bathroom.....
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Unlimited tea supply was a plus
The room was very cold. Light came in through the door windows. It was very loud because of the location right next to the street
Very nice hotel, but maybe a little far from downtown though it is easy enough to get a taxiCouple of good restaurants in walking distanceThe facilities were very good and the staff were excellent.Would stay here again.
Cute boutique hotel in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Court yard and garden were very pretty.
The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and location is great.
The room could get a bit cold but they provided an electric heating.
There is 24x7 reception which is very handy when you need information. Room was spacious. Water for shower was lukewarm initially but on last day, i got good hot water for shower. There is room heater available to keep the room warm. They booked a taxi for me to airport at 3:00 am for 140 Bs. Very grateful that they kept the luggage for me too while I travelled to Uyuni and gave me a shared space to temporarily freshen up when i arrived too early for checkin. They also give you a box breakfast when you have early tour pickups. Overall a great stay!
Everything was ok.
The property is well locatedThere is a café operating during the day serving French crêpes, which is really nice
We were in room two on the ground floorIn this room, there is a glass door and nothing to stop the light coming inAt night when people are coming and going and switching lights on and off outside, it does disturb your sleepAlso at 4 am when people are waking up to go for trips So although the hotel is nice, the staff were really excellent and the room was comfortable in other regards a curtain on that door would really make it a lot better
Good location and friendly staff.
No elevator which is a little difficult for large suitcases.
This is my second time here. They are always very welcoming and flexible. The breakfasts are great too!
Beautiful hotel, extremely spacious room, lovely breakfast, very helpful staff. Daily housekeeping. Neighborhood felt safe and was an easy 25-min walk to the Centro region.
Poor WiFi, especially in evenings (nonfunctional) when there was likely more traffic. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage pipes. I just kept the bathroom door closed so I wouldn’t smell it from the room.
I did not have to try anything...I got in at 3am and left at 11am. The gentleman in reception was SO nice and helped me with getting some hot tea at 3am!. Diego, taxi drive was helpful and so friendly. Housekeeper returned my jacket to reception! so honest!
did not have time to enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer.
This is a hidden gem among all the more typical hotels in La Paz, delicate space, elegant small garden, and the good-vide crepe house, all add to the unique experience. The location is also awesome, good and safe neighbourhood, close to everywhere, and lots of restaurants and amenities (like farmacia) nearby.
If there is a thing, thw toilet is a problem. It is a Bolivian public bano style, with no toilet seat. Definitely challenging to get used to for first timer in Bolivia.
