I was most impressed with the customer service at the front desk.

I conduct marketing research & customer sales & service at high end retail Fashion stories, hotels cars and restaurants in Canada ,European & USA. It is so refreshing to get great service when the hotel agent Was able to print my bpass LPZ

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel—at best, it deserves 3.5 stars. The room lacked basic amenities you would expect from a true luxury hotel: no robe, no slippers, and no high-quality toiletries. Instead, they provided a tiny soap bar and low-grade shampoo that felt more appropriate for a budget motel.The small fridge in the room was extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep. The carpet was old, dusty, and had an unpleasant odor. The elevators were very small, and the breakfast area felt outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, it’s an aging property that may have been a 5-star hotel decades ago, but today it’s clearly a solid 3-star.The staff was friendly and generally helpful, but not at the level expected from a true 5-star experience. They were accommodating when arranging airport taxis and clearly explained the fares in advance, which I appreciated. However, they were inconsistent with important details like forgetting wake-up calls.

Absolutely zero downsides. Excellent property. This caused me to start looking for an apartment to purchase in this immediate area. Absolute bargain.

Nothing negative. None. I was wondering where the building Laundry room was until I realized there is a laundry washer, and dryer in the closet. Even better!

The hotel was great with a beautiful view, warm and kind staff, delicious breakfast and really comfortable overall.

Spacious room

Very unaccommodating late checkout policy. Even if space is available the staff told me it would have cost usd70 for even two hours. Plus the dryer machine didn’t quite work, I paid usd15 for a coin laundry service (which was ridiculous enough) that ended up being me hanging my clothes dry in the room. Breakfast option was also very limited. Completely not worth a five star rank

Overpriced stay - would not reccomend

Room smelt like egg No fans and was extremely hot Concierge staff were miserable. Breakfast was beyond bad, asked the staff three times to refill the coffee.

The location is great, the lobby staff are very professional, and the room is comfortable to stay in.

Great location near great cafes, restaurants, and bars in Sopocachi. Friendly and helpful staff. The nightly rate feels a little expensive, but the apartment style rooms are very nice and spacious.

Wifi sometimes didn't work well. The additional services like doing laundry were quite expensive.

The staff were very good; from helping us with car transportation, money exchange, restaurant recommendations, etc. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We booked the two bedroom suite. The room itself was nice and spacious. The location js good and only a 5 mins walk to a cable car station on the blue line.,

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standard. The staff who checked us in had no smile on his face. No one helped with luggage or anything. There was only one person at the reception. So no greeting and service at all. For a two bedroom apartment, 4 of us stayed there. Only 1 small bottle of water was provided, which was a joke for a ‘5 star’ hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre for a ‘5 star’ hotel. There wasn’t much options at all. On check out, same thing happened, one person at reception, you are pretty much on your own.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good.

Property is old and the age shows. Staff is unenthusiastic or maybe that was just towards me. At check out they tried to charge me something for the minibar. They insisted I had taken something and relented after I raised my voice to drive my point. I booked airport transfer since I was arriving very early. They quoted 20USD which i though was high but ok. My flight was infact 35 mins early and yet they charged my 3USD more because as per them the driver waited 1hr extra!! These just left a sour taste in my mouth!

I was told at reception on arrival thst I had been given an upgrade...maybe through booking.com because I'm a good customer.....well I walked into a very nice huge apartment- 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitcken with adequate bathroom (why they can't use a mixer tap on shower?) but no coffee or tea making facilities. The big apartment was nice but for a solo?? and no tea or coffee - I know I'm being pedantic.One nice bedroom and bathroom with good tv facilities for english and spanish?? Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast great and location not bad - plenty of good restuarants around (even for vegan/vegetarian) and great supermarket over the square - also easy access to blanco/celeste linea of the Mi Teleferico cable car network at Del Poeta estacion.....its fantastico

Took a while to get shower to right temp with taps, no applications on tv ie no utube/Netflix etc - just dozens of spanish channels but found bbc world news and journeys in english - I like utube in the evening as a foreign travelker and you can sign in accordingly.....my spanish is improving but utube is great for watching things in your own language. The great upgrade view was a school playground and huge water containers. The WiFi is terrible - in and out...thankfully I had my esim holafly and lastly I had to pull the bed out because it was hitting on the plugs and bedside lights were going on and off......ah well.

Breakfast and the restaurant - for a nice hotel the restaurant not nice and food was average however nice cafe next door

Staff was very friendly as usual, room clean and comfortable. Room service food was excellent.Location makes getting pretty much anywhere in the city center pretty easy.

We travel with our 3yo so we sorely felt the lack of a microwave in the room.
