Pros +
- Every staff member I encountered were courteous and eager to help, particularly Luis. The rooms were very clean.
- Great location, very friendly staff.
- Breakfasts were great. It was on the top floor with nice views. The staff would come by with options for egg orders - I always ordered the ham and cheese omelette. The front desk was helpful with ordering taxis.
Cons -
- Due to a restaurant positioning and the unique way the hotel ia designed our room had constant cooking oil fumes coming into the room. Since the room window is also only into the hallway and not actually to outdoors we could not open that for fresh air as the hallway was filled with the cooking oil fumes from the restaurant. And also, only coffee with sugar was available, no alternatives. .
- We were staying at Las Brisas as part of a G Adventures tour. My friend and I booked an extra night, but the reception staff told us we had to leave the room and check in later into a new room. So, we vacated the room at the appropriate time, then the manager said it was okay if we remained in the original room. It was not a big problem, but it would have been more convenient if we had not had to pack up prematurely.
- All was great. The breakfast could have been up and running at 7 would be nice for planning day trip, but they will do bagged breakfast for those going very early

Great location and the hotel took very good care of me.

Location was great, right in the heart of La Paz and the Witches Market. Staff were helpful and the room was really big. Highly recommended!
Fantastic in all respects. Noise wasn't too bad, in spite of the excellent location. Great breakfast, too.
Great hotel, arranged my airport transfer on arrival with no issues. I also arrived much earlier than check in time and they let me do early check in. Nice rooftop with good breakfast selection Clean facilities Good location, close to witches market
The staff were very helpful. They arranged an economically priced taxi. Enjoyed staying and v good value.
Strange old decor. Breakfast was scramble egg and other bits of fruit etc. Not my palate!
In the heart center of la Paz. Everything you need is there: restaurants, shops, cable cars
The rain. I would not recommend to travel in March. Too much rain
Great breakfast, lovely settings, super friendly staff. Great location. Good value for money.
The staff went above and beyond to help. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Early check in after the overnight bus was a bonus.
The only downside was how noisy it was from the street. It was not possible to keep the window/door open.
Poor
Bathroom in our room had a very bad sewage problem, honestly smelt so terrible it was coming from the sink. I contacted the hotel prior to booking to ensure I had high speed internet as I was working while in La Paz, it was on the room advertisement that we would and the internet did not work- It was terrible. Room was very loud at night and the area was chaotic. Staff were mostly nice apart from one gentleman who we found most unhelpful particularly with the WiFi. We stayed in a different area when we went back to La Paz and it was so much nicer and a different experience.
I had a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating — I requested a room change, and they handled it quickly and with a smile. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere.
The only downside was the breakfast time. As an early riser, I found that the start time was a bit late for my schedule, and on a few occasions, it was not ready on time.
Perfect location staff at reception were so helpful and always ensuring safety with taxis etc. Room was perfect
Excellent location, easy to walk to many restaurants and places we wanted to see. Luis went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed whether it was getting us a taxi or giving us information about La Paz.
The rooms were small and a little outdated but the location, service from staff and cleanliness certainly made up for it.
We had great time staying in the Las Brisas Centro!Super lovley staff, we really enjoyed breakfast at the covered terrace where you even get asked for an individual egg-dish :) specially we want to highlight the helpful staff at the reception! They place is located in the heart of La Paz!
Nothing at all :)
Luis at the reception is fantastic!!! I arrived early by night bus and could check in directly, even got a better room.
Staff especially Luis were very helpful, including letting me check in early and helping organise taxis.Breakfast was delicious.Overall the hotel is great value especially considering how central the area is.
The only issue I had is a persistent smell in the bathroom even after it had just been cleaned. I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and the window open in the bedroom to stop it bothering me.
Nice terrace and good breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice. Stayed 2 nights at this hotel.
The window of the room leads to an interior hallway, which makes it very noisy and also the air in the room stays stuffy.
Couldn't stay as room was not available
When I reached the hotel they informed me that they had had some water leakage in some rooms so couldn't offer me a room. I then had to wait while they arranged another hotel for me nearby. The replacement wasn't as nice or well rated but was offered at a good rate so not a horrible outcome. Nevertheless, they really should have contacted me before I reach the hotel.
