Swimming pool and spa area old and grungy

Location is close to La Paz highlights.

We ordered pick-up at airport that was confirmed but never showed up. We had to request new room at different floor due to strong, unpleasant smell.

Restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet was complete. Housekeeping staff was very kind and accommodating. Front desk staff attentive and helpful.

It was really just fine! no complaints. the hotel was recommended by a colleague who had stayed before because of its central location. I agree, very good setting.

Location good, room was good - large, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Room service was good. And overall the room was good value for money.

there is a 'fitness centre' listed - but it is just a large room with 4 pieces of cardio equipment of which 2 didn't work. No weights, no machinery. The roof above the pool leaks, so rain came right through and got the towels and clothes wet.

Th location. The stuff are all very nice. Helped to book a taxi to airport at 4am.

The window can be opened widely on high floor. May be an issue for safety reasons.

Good location. Short walking distances to all the places of interest. Lots of eateries near by. Rooms were of good size and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Traffic noise is a real bother. Horning of cars goes on late into the night. Windows are not double glazed. Walls are thin, so one will hear everything next door.

Really good hotel in excellent location but for me as a solo traveller not worth $100 per night. I think there is a swimming pool but I didn’t see or use it

Everything good except the price

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, efficient laundry service. Very clean rooms and public areas.

Location was great

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars by any standard. The decor of the hotel is stuck in the 80s and everything just felt so old and tired. And also there is strange smell of insecticide at the corridor. and don{t get me started with the gym. I think they are probably better off without it! Case in point - they have a box of free weights and 2 running machines and some mats... that´s it. It just felt really sad.... definitely not worth the money!

Everything, the room was clean and big, the bathroom also, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi really nice ! The breakfast was great too !

Wonderful and nearby all main attractions. Excellent location. Vanassa is exceptional on her job, she helped us a lot, so much appreciated for her time and effort with so many things, she is a star!!!

Location and feeling of safety

Heater was on even though all switches were off; very awkward getting in/out of the tub/shower as it was a jacuzzi tub; mattress lopsided and worn on one side but actually comfortable anyway

This is the second time I'm staying in this hotel. The room was wonderful, very big and comfortable.Staff was very helpful and polite.Hotel location is great, 2 minutes walk from plaza San Francisco, 3 minutes walk from plaza Murillo.They also gave me the room at 8am, which was very important after a long flight.They open the breakfast buffer very early in the morning (4am), which is very important for guests who have to go on a trip or have to catch an early flight.

Breakfast has improved compared with last year, but still needs further improvement. Now you can cut the bread yourself and prepare a toast. They have cheese, but still no vegetables.
