very cold-colored lights in the rooms, which makes you feel like you're in prison. the floors are cold maybe one could use some slippers. also one time the cleaner forgot to close our room after cleaning, thankfully everything was in its place

Modern building with great view in a very nice and save neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Affordable laundry service available. Beds were comfortable. Even mini bar items were affordable(especially for european standarts)

Breakfast was limited and not enough for the amount of people. The shower was hot but hard to set the right temperature.(altough i would guess this was just the faucet in our room, might not be the case everywhere).

Location and size of the room, after we asked to change to a bigger one. Staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage until our bus departure.

This place is overrated and overpriced. In one day they had warm hotel and in the next morning they didn’t. Most of the electrical outlets didn’t work. It wasn’t very clean.Bed was not comfortable at all… I don’t know how is this place considered a 3 star hotel…

The room was large, shower was good, a kitchen good enough to make basic meals. It was clean enough, wasn’t spotless. It was in a nice neighbourhood that was safe to walk around without hassle.

The cable car isn’t that close and it takes almost as long to walk to the main old town. If you want trips nobody picks up from the hotel so you have to go to the old town for pick up. Couldn’t do a breakfast box when you have to leave early, did provide some fruit on request.

Rooms are not really soundproofed, at my floor I was close to the dinner room and it was really noisy in the morning. Drapes in bedroom couldn’t make the dark/close entirely, so it’s never dark. It’s ok but you have to be good with it.

The room was a good size with plenty of storage on the room. The room was clean enough. Most of the staff we encountered spoke English but it was very easy to use the Google translate app with them as well.

The booking was for two but they only gave us one towel. The photos online are clearly from a long time ago, if we hadn't organised the taxi through the hotel we probably wouldn't have found the front door.

The hotel is near the cable car station in which three cable car lines intersect. The room is spacious and clean and has a hair dryer. Breakfast is diverse and tasty.

My friends and I made separate booking reservations. We had hotel confirmation from one day before arrival but when we came to the hotel they had only one reservation. At the reception, they just said sorry, something went wrong with your reservations so we do not have rooms for you. They sent us to another hotel for one night and we came back to this hotel for another three nights just because we were lucky that our rooms were available.

The appartment we had was on the 11th floor, which had a nice view even if some buildings were blocking it. The appartment was very spaceous! the couches were comfortable and so was the bed. The doors downstairs close at around 1am, which is more than good enough.

The breakfast was very lackluster. The reception didn't always have someone available and there seemed to be no other way of contacting them. These are nitpicks though.

Great place to stay, quite centrally located with good breakfasts and service. spacious room with kitchenette [ca 30-35m2?]. Very quiet room [I stayed at inside part of the building facing university building, not the street]

In general all good - sometimes wifi was very slow and indeed it would be great to have a bit more light in the room - especially near the bed for reading.. Also the interiors need a bit of refreshment.. ;)

Avoid

WARNING: The hotel uses a terrible exchange rate to charge you much more than you expect. By the time you add the extra cost on, you can get a whole lovely apartment nearby for less than the price! We just stayed the one night as we had no choice and then booked an apartment nearby for cheaper!

The staff is so kind. And the room is spacious and comfortable. By the way, the shampoo is better than all the hotels I have stayed in before. I really love staying here one more time.

Side room got little bit noises.

Disappointing

Old hotel. It doesn't look so good as on the pictures. The toilet was blocked. The room was dirty. The breakfast is very poor.
