nordica Hotel Berlin

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, excellent breakfast and wonderful restaurant

The room was spacious, the bed was nice and big and the breakfast was ok.

The pillows

Not a cheap but good hotel with good restaurant

Wifi is not good. Need to reconnect many times.

Hotel room was large with a nice balcony. In general, the hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and supportive. There was a large parking place available.

There were actually no facilities in the room, also nothing in the bathroom. The TV had very limited channels to offer. The breakfast was limited, not according to a 4-star hotel.

Staff are nice, restuarant is nice, breakfast was good

Rooms are tired, bathroom has shower curtain (not nice), pillows not great.

Nice breakfast, clean room, friendly staff (unfortunately not all speak English).

Room & bathroom are basic. Restaurant closed on Sunday. The only hotel in the area, so there is no other choice :)

On arrival room full of Mosquitos. Known problem, but no solution from hotel. Spray or Mosquito nets should be provided.

breakfast very good, personel very nice.

Wifi speed in room was terrible.

Very good hotel 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station. The room was adequately sized and the breakfast buffet varied. All in all a hotel I would go back to.

Clean room. Good choice self service breakfast. Very good restaurant for evening meal

Lack of air conditioning.

Breakfast wad delicious and plentiful.

Bed was very uncomfortable and shower head was partially broken.

Furniture, Room. Early Check-in.

No Wlan and neither fridge nor safe in room. Disappointing for a 4-star-hotel. Staff was polite, but not really friendly.

breakfast and friendly staff

incapable to provide a working wifi, price too high

Comfortable beds, firendly stuff and tasty breakfast

Not clear info on wifi, lack of free sockets near the bed.

Staff was friendly and competent

Rooms are old fashion and toiltet was leaking all times.

Breakfest was ok. Localization was also ok.

Missing bottled water in room. Missing climatization in rooms.

Excellent breakfast, with wide choice of hot and cold food. It hotel is in a quiet location. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The wifi was good. I was able to stream video.

We arrived late and the man on reception spoke very little English. I can get by in German , but for some reason there was only one room booked, even though my conformation from Booking.com clearly stated "you have booked two rooms". I am not faulting the hotel for this as I don;' know what went wrong, but the receptionist struggled to resolve the problem. The TV in the room was small and had 16 channels all in German. Most of Europe is in a heatwave and north Germany does not often have temperatures over 30, and this hotel is not designed for hot weather.

clean, friendly staff, the breakfast was very good

the restaurant

Nice hotel; friendly staff, but the wellness area and the swimming pool were not usable.

Great place!! very quiet, comfy bed and pillow. clean room & bathroom. Delicious breakfast, very friendly personnel!!!Highly recommend this place, and definitely will be staying there for my next work trip.

little bit more selection of sausage & eggs for breakfast.
