Conveniently located, very nice bar and breakfast room, good value for the price, air-conditioning was nice plus given European heat wave.

I¿d like to have a bit more work space since I travel to Germany for professional reasons. The wifi works reasonably well on a laptop.

Location Quiet Great bathroom/shower

This was very clean, nice hotel that was close the train station. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good and with a lot of options. Location just a few meters away from the train station was fantastic.

The bathroom had black tiles on the floor, which gave me a sense of lack of cleanliness. Some white tiles on the bathroom wall were a bit moldy on the cracks.

Convenient to bahnhof and parking. Very helpful staff at check-in and check-out.

Recent remodel removed refrigerator. You can overcome that with a short walk to stores in bahnhof.

The air conditioning didn't work and at first the staff said his isnt america and they also said they had no fan. They did find a fan when we asked a second time.

The location was great, easy walk to all attractions.

No kettle , coffee, tea or even water glasses in the room.

Clean updated property. Next to train and bus station but there is peace and quiet in the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby so we did not tried the hotel breakfast. About a 15-20 min walk to downtown Koblenz.

Nothing. All was as expected. We selected this hotel close to train station to visit different towns in the Mosel and Rhine. If you plan to visit towns by boat, stay in the center. Boats depart Koblenz at 9am.

The hotel is modern and convenient for the train station, and the lobby looks attractive.

The hotel is only suitable for a single night stay. We really wish we had stayed somewhere else, largely because the room was so underequipped - no kettle or coffee-maker, no fridge. You can’t get coffee downstairs either without buying the entire breakfast buffet. If you don’t have coffee in the room, you really need easy access to coffee in the morning somewhere else in the hotel.

The WiFi was completely down during my entire stay.

Room was big, bathroom also, big shower.

Receptionist not welcoming at all. My room was on the 4th floor, which I discovered because the "rest" of the hotel was still under construction....There was no phone to contact reception, also no air-conditioning.

Nice location. Clean rooms, friendly stuff.

We have arrived hotel at 10pm and left it at 8am. For parking we had to pay extra.

It is really better to include parking fee in the hotel cost.Also add a bed for kids, because the room has enough space for extra bed for kids.
