Great hotel and walkable to everything.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast

Small room. The room was carpeted, which is just not good in a hotel room. No coffee maker.

The location was perfect. All the sights in Koblenz are within walking distance. During our stay we used the location as a base for day trips into the Rhine and Mosel valleys. The staff was helpful and friendly. But the tourist information center is directly across the street with a lot of helpful staff and advice as well. The breakfast at the hotel was good with plenty of options for a multi-night stay.

Did not like the rooms modern aesthetic or the lay out with the shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. But that's not a reflection on the cleanliness or quality just personal preference. Also, would really prefer coffee/tea maker and a minifridge in the room. Not sure if those options were available in other rooms.

We reserved this hotel months in adnavce in anticipation of a graduation ceremony in the area. I expected a fairly luxurious experience given the prices quoted for these dates. While the hotel was clean and the facilities were modern, it quickly became apparent that the prices were not in alignment with the overall experience. The breakfast was good but basic and flat-out overpriced for 25 Euros per person. The bedding was clean but no-frills. The bathroom paper products were all recycled. The pillows felt like decorative cushions and not like pillows designed for sleeping. The open shower required out family of four to depart from our original rooming arrangement. And so on. I resent feeling taken advantage of and will not be returning to this hotel.

The light in the bathroom was not over the sink and mirror making it a bit hard to see to take out my contact lenses (not sure if all the rooms were like this, we were in a handicapped room)

Clean, functional room, comfortable bed, comfortable air conditioning , quiet room, wonderful breakfast buffet. Convenient location.

The only inconvenience was that the toilet was separate from the shower area.

Property was fine the rooms were minimalist with no furniture no fridge on the small size with major construction going on next door starting at 7am. Price was fair and breakfast was very good.

The cleanliness of the room, the location at the city center as well as the Altstadt. Breakfast buffet options were diverse, well labeled and pork, poultry and vegan, lactose-free breakfast condiments were clearly distinguished and arranged.

During my stay, everything went well.

Nice hotel located close to the pedestrian area of the city and with convenient underground parking. Smooth check-in, nice rooms, comfortable bed (though I found the pillows too soft... but that's a question of personal taste). I appreciated their committment to the environment. Would return without hesitation.
