Check in staff said breakfast was included and then it was an expensive $12 Euro extra per person at check out. Ouch.

This is a quite whacky hotel. It looks like a GI once stayed behind to create a western style hotel- it's very like hotels I've stayed in in places like Arizona-, then it got taken over by someone who likes Greek statues. And ponds. I liked it, the rooms were comfortable, and the layout was enjoyably idiosyncratic. It's a bit of a walk into town, but again it has access straight on to the Moselle- side path.

Facilities are a bit dated but the rooms are wonderfully large, with kettle and mini fridge. Lovely walk along the river.

Long ways from train station, probably better suited as a motel for people driving through.

Location is nice. Staff very helpful.Airconditioning worked. A nice and spacious bathroom.

Other noisy guests and smoking on the balcony is allowed. Makes no smokers to keep clear of the balcony and no open windows while sleeping.

Nice relaxed place. Burgers was good.

Pleasant location on the river bank. Very quiet, clean, sympathetic staff, nice facilities. We really liked the frog pond!

There is one issue with the location.. Although the spot on the river bank is very nice, it's quite far away from the center and train station (about 30 minuets walk). So if you don't have a car, take this under consideration since there is no public transportation going there either

The hotel location is in a very efficient district. Easy to travel Altstadt area. I drive EV car and hotel has a free parking space which is eligible for charging the car. This is a big plus.

Internet connection was terrible and cannot be acceptable. Even the fast connection was unstable.

Location for accessibility. The place itself is a wonderful labyrinth and the room was excellent

We loved the aesthetics of this hotel. The location was good with a pleasant 30-minute walk to the "German Corner" .Good breakfast.

Beer garden was very nice. Location is very quiet.

Staff is a little odd. Bar was closed whole week if you wanted to drink something else other than beer...

Amazing decoration, really clean room, fenomenal breakfast buffet. The staff was really good aswell. Has parking places for costumers. Loved the fact they had a flea market of old stuff from the hotel that you could buy! All the surrondings of the hotel were really beautiful.

Clean very large room and en-suite. A/C fridge. Plenty of room for luggage, lift, parking on site, friendly helpful staff

Very spacious room with good bathroom decent storage and comfortable bed. Food was good but choice a bit limited. Location was a little further from old town than we had expected but nice enough.

Air conditioning didn't work and when we asked for it to be fixed we were told that it is set for the whole hotel to turn off after a few minutes. That is not acceptable and it cost us two nights of poor sleep, despite having a fan in the room.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette with fridge and microwave in the single room was useful although there was no crockery or cutlery except for a coffee cup.

It was a little way out of Koblenz, we had to get a taxi into the centre and then it was difficult to find a taxi to get back (it was raining). Air conditioner didn’t work

Great location at a path along the Mosella for a nice walk or bike ride. In August 2024?a new public pool is scheduled to open next to the hotel.For $18 per person extra they have a great breakfast buffet. Good parking.

When the weather is hot they should run the air conditioner before guests arrive.

Staff and crew were polite. The air conditioning was heaven

I ordered a queen mattress. After arriving I was told there was none available and had to sleep on a tiny twin mattress instead with no compensation
