Location : 15 minute walk from the train station . Staffs were professional.

In my room (309) the WiFi was hit and miss. I didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 14.90 Euro a little expensive.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Enough room for our son, and a great location to explore the old town.

Staff was friendly. Room was big. Very close to city center and its attractions.

We saw quite a bit of review concerning parking. Yet, if you ask in advance and follow their instruction carefully, it is not too bad. Suggestion: take a google street view first and then you will figure how to approach the entrance.The adjacant nature of parking also makes it convenient. There is a door directly guided toward the lift going to reception. It make all things easier. The room is less impressive, yet sufficient for our purpose. I think this suits well for young couple or adult with minor kids. For us placing a crib inside the room made it a bit squeezy.Location is the key. It is on one end of the old-town area and we go back and forth seeing the major attractions. And two shopping area: one of major shopping street and the other as a shopping center, is very close by. It makes our life easier once we need some groceries.Super friendly staff, especially when we have a almost-2-year-old boy had a surprise for us in the evening. Being very helpful and kind really taking the stress off for young couple like us. Overall, a great stay. We are happy to help you to fullfill our trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our short stay, it was close to the old city and the rivers Rhine and Mosel. Parking for our 5 motorbikes was excellent.

The location of the hotel . The rooms and facilities were clean . The shower was superb!

Unfortunately the noise from the construction site at the rear of my room was rather loud and prevented me from opening the window as they started work really early in the morning!

Lost something under bed and was shocked how much dust was there.

Staff excellent. Good price. For a short break, the location is excellent for the old town.

The entrance to the parking is unnervingly narrow. Don’t suppose they can do much about that. For two people in the room, it would have been nice to have more than one bottle of water, and to have it/them replaced subsequently after the night of arrival.
