Wonderful hotel with an amazing breakfast. In the evening they have an outstanding restaurant and bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will come back for sure.

There is nothing to not like.

Love the large windows in the dining area. The breakfast was wonderful! The accommodations were well designed.

The hot water was lacking.

The location, directly on the Mosel across from the Altstadt of Koblenz, is convenient yet serene. The state rooms are extremely well appointed with comfortable beds, large and luxurious waterfall showers, state of the art televisions, and N’espresso coffee makers. A fantastic breakfast and safe parking are included in the price of the room as are access to the elegant infinity pool and sauna area.

The only downside was the experience at the less expensive of the two on-site restaurants. The service was so slow that my husband and I waited nearly 45 minutes for just our appetizer, and he later had to awkwardly approach a random waiter to pay after ours completely forgot to give us our bill. The real issue was not that we had to wait, but that, for the price of the food on offer (35 Euros or more per dish on average), we expected much better service than we ended up getting. Instead of feeling like valued guests who paid good money for our experience, we felt like we were barely tolerated. This was in stark contrast to the people seated next to us, who were obviously wealthy and were waited on hand and foot. It was an off putting experience and we decided not to eat at either of the restaurants again for lunch or dinner.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, our expectations were over exceeded. It was my wife’s birthday weekend and the ladies helped to make it very romantic and memorable! The breakfast and dinner had great options and were very flavorful. The amenities are nice and the location is central to many hot spots in Koblenz. We look forward to coming back one day!

I prefer a 100% dark room without any walking lights at night. Still easy to put cushions in front of them though.

Had a wonderful stay! Modern and spacious with great amenities and lovely staff- nice breakfast (already miss the ginger shots) and particularly enjoyed having the sauna, pool and gym facilities.

Thought we were going to have a balcony to the Mosel but our view was mostly of the neighboring homes

Breakfast was fantastic, great choice, many very healthy options for all tastes. The restaurant, indoor and outdoor, very smart setting. Staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Views from rooms and balconies stunning, I think possibly all rooms have river views due to the orientation. The spa area is lovely. Koblenz a beautiful city, really recommend a trip there by taxi.

We understood the hotel being IN Koblenz, it is actually a few miles away from the centre. Taxi service was good though.

Good view to the Mosel and pleasant environment and free parking

Although I had some issues with the front desk lady who forgot to note the payment condition for my guests.But with the professional cooperation of the manager, Mr Metzger, the problem is solved.

Breakfast had an excellent choice with friendly staff eager to help. Particular Felix and Mathew for the evening service helped and paid particular attention to our needs. Would have liked more time to fully use the facilities that looked great!

The breakfast was incredible, views were beautiful, amentites both in the room and the hotel at large were perfect. We also enjoyed the restaurant on several occasions, the bar on several occasions, the pool once and threw a private party for ~30 guests. It was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely come to Koblenz again and stay at the Farhaus.

Our bar total became quite expensive and we weren't advised of the prices ahead of time. Other than that, we truly had a wonderful stay. Better than we had imagined.

The hotel location is great, serein and scenery is fantastic for a vacation. The location is 10 minutes away from the center or the old town, which makes it ideal to be in a calm environment but close to any night event you wish to plan.

The rooms are clean, restaurant very nice with good food and staff very friendly. It is very convenient for vacationing, coupling nature while at proximity from center.

No vegetarian options on the evening menu, although the waiting staff were able to suggest vegetarian options after consultation with the kitchen staff and there are vegetarian options on the breakfast menu
