Trip Inn Hotel Hamm

Nice location, easy access and a bit off the tourist trail. Easy transaction for those of us who are woefully less competent in German than we should be (great English spoken at front desk). Everything worked perfectly for us and met our needs.

Bear in mind that they do not provide free parking or a free breakfast. This is not a criticism (we didn't expect those amenities) but be aware.

As a solo traveller, arriving late into Koblenz and knowing nothing about the city , I wanted a hotel close to the train station.The room, though small, fitted my needs completely.It had everything I needed. More importantly, the staff went out of their way to make sure that I got there safely. I arrived in Koblenz at about 5am, jetlagged and tired. My phone battery was so low that I couldn't access Google maps.I wandered around, suitcase in tow, trying to find my bed. An hour later, despite being within walking distance, in desperation, I rang the hotel and someone came to meet me.I think that sums it up.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I lost something on the plane and they tried to contact air Canada for me. Also pointed us to a grocery store and helped set up out eSIMs.

Nothing. Everything was good. Comfortable beds!

I like that is a walking distance to the central station of Koblenz. Restaurants and cafes are also nearby. Hotel staffs are friendly.

To arrange a late check in the property requires you to contact them because the reception is not open 24/7, there's some schedule of working hours. In my opinion, the late check in should be available by default if the guest doesn't show up during the working hours. Also, it would be great if there was a kettle and tea in the room

Very old infra structure. My room’s tv was so old it didn’t even have hdmi port. Whole electrical setup was bit shady. Other than that room was ok

Clean tidy establishment with helpful staff and in a good location for public transport. Not far from old town . Quiet location

Parking was a little difficult to coordinate to be in garage but staff did manage to get me taken care of. Cost was 13 euro for a night. Breakfast was good.

Shower was tiny and bathroom was a step up to enter. A little scary at night.

Very clean, close to the HBF. Convenient to places you'd want to visit while in Koblenz. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning.

The elevvator was out of service.We stayed at 4th floor.

From the friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff at our arrival to the quality and comfort of the room... This hotel is a winner. Due to a huge and anxiety-producing sudden hotel closure in Cologne, we sought shelter last minute at the Trip Inn. It and Koblenz won our hearts forever. Thank you!

Was all good

Warm in this room during winter and close to the train station. I was able to catch the bus to the Hahn airport the next day. I'm happy with the price, too.

Not much I would say I am against. Maybe the sound isolation of this room. In the morning, I could hear others walking in the hallway.

Location is good, very near from the train station.The guy in the reception was nice.

The bed was horrible. Super soft, one of the worse I have ever slept. The pillow, the same. And they gave me the room 10, next to the lift. Every time the lift is working there is a lot of noise. Don't sleep in this room.

The bed is rather uncomfortable with loose springs. A hot kettle and a fridge would be appreciated inside the room. For the same quality of the room at other hotels, basic amenities of tea bags, mugs, and coffee pouches are provided, but not this place.

The hotel was close to the station and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Location, value for money

The shower. The grouting needs a scrubbing and water seeps out of the shower door
