The facility was beautiful & exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful.

The beds were hard & there were not any decent channels to view in English.

The only downside of this amazing hotel which I already informed the staff about was the ventilation system in the 3rd floor. From the time that kitchen is active, you can feel very strong food smell in the corridor which will eventually enter your room in the 3rd floor.

Well designed business hotel with breakfast and staff. Beautiful quiet neighborhood close to supermarket and a 10 minute walk to bus or train stations.

Room arrangement itself is absolutely improper. No proper exhaust at toilet. Tub bath, practically beside bed is really strange arrangement of room.

The images on Booking.com are misleading. There are no views of the river from anywhere near the hotel. I showed the images to staff of how the hotel is being advertised, and they did not even know where such viewpoint is, but they confirmed that it is not from the hotel.

Nice and confortable hotel in a village at 10 km of the city Koblenz. The staff is very polite and client oriented.

Having a breakfast buffet each morning. Dinner at facilty in the evening if desired.Lounge and bar in downstairs lobby with pleasant staff.There has been skylights installed in bedrooms that allow for good lighting

The restaurant was very nice and the reception area was nice. The rooms were a little bit dated but clean and comfortable enough for the one night. The pillows were very bad and small though but it was good for us there was car parking. But you definitely need a car to reach it. A bit in the middle of nowhere.

The downstairs is lovely and clean.

The bathroom was freezing cold all night and day and the room was rather small and dated against the look downstairs. The way to the rooms is much older and smelt a bit odd.

Awful, unprofessional staff for a 4 star hotel.

They left the reception desk without anyone for doing checkin and weren’t answering my calls for almost 2 hours. My pregnant wife, my 3 year old and myself had to stay in the car waiting and trying to figure out our next step. Apparently the whole staff was having a party and not even answering any calls. The booking was made at around 5pm, so they should’ve blocked new bookings if they were throwing a party and leaving the 4 star hotel completely unattended. After almost 2 hours waiting, the apparent owner called me and said he would be there in 10 minutes, which he did. He then offered me a cheap local wine as an excuse. Accommodations were average and they also didn’t put an extra bed for my 3 year old. I dont recommend it, such unprofessionalism for a 4 star hotel.
