Hotel Weinlaube

The check-in process was quick, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was basic but clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but sufficient for a short stay.

However, several issues negatively impacted our experience. The internet did not work at all, which was highly inconvenient. Our room was located next to the restaurant, making it extremely noisy, especially in the evenings. Additionally, the price per night was unreasonably high, as the hotel does not justify such a cost.

Disappointed

Our first hotel in Germany. The hotel has not informed us that due to two parties the restaurant was closed on the night of our stay. To have been told this in advance, particularly as it is in a residential area, would have enabled us to plan accordingly.In addition the room smelt damp and the toilet had an unpleasant leak.

Great Breakfast, room very comfortable, slept well. Parking just outside the hotel. Bathroom clean, shower was excellent.

It would have been good to know what time the restaurant was open. We arrived in the evening thinking we would eat at the hotel, only to find it was closed.

Excellent breakfast, as was dinner. Great location for touring Rhine and Mosel, and short journey into Koblenz. Lovely garden.

It was a tiny bit noisy because of proximity to pool where children were playing, and the corridor was a bit echoey. But this is nitpicking - it didn't really bother us.

We were for an overnight there but were tempted to stay more :) quiet location, nice scenery. Breakfast and especially coffee were amazing!

We arrived a little bit after 8 pm and the restaurant could not have us :(

The intimacy of the hotel yet it felt private enough that you could come and go as you pleased The outside pool was amazing I asked for a room with a view of the valley and got one

Can't fault it ...so cosy and inviting and staff were very pleasant and accommodating I felt there could have been more hot items for breakfast No bacon or sausages or toaster

Nice bathroom, we were put into little house with 3 floors at the entrance to the hotel, we were on the top floor not good it your no good with stairs. Room good size, clean and tidy but think bed could do with changing, very baggy but personal preference. Food is exceptional, we stayed 2 nights and ate in the restaurant both evenings massive portions, wow !Breakfast was fantastic a very good continental breakfast choice

Bed was uncomfortable, and distance from Koblenz centre, it says 1.8 mile ? we walk quite fast and it took us 55 mins to get into town.

The pool area, the room and the fact that there was a balcony.

Hotel reception closed (Sunday) and had to find our own way to the room. OK, there was a map stuck on the door to reception, but that doesn't qualify as hospitality, which is the industry sector in which hotels operate. Breakfast was OK, but again hardly any interaction with the staff, or was it the owner? 'Breakfast is over there' pointing to the room.

Beautiful garden and a lovely swimming pool.

Not ideal on hot days: our room was hot, no airco and a vent that was awfully noisy.

We had pur room in a Little House next to the Main Building. It was very quiet. The bathroom was pretty new. There is a beautyfull garden.The Hotel isn‘t far from the Highway.

The staff was very kind and accommodated our special request with no extra charge. The room was bright and clean. We loved the outdoor space

Nice spatious room with 2 double beds and terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Good breakfast! Nice almost private swimming pool, nice garden with toys for little children. Playing grounds in the area.We came by train: this hotel is more suited when you come by car (good parking lot), we walked 50 minutes to the hotel from the train station. Good starting point for walks.

The place was nice and clean with good facilities and ample parking . Breakfast was very nice. 

The location is too far to walk into the centreI wanted to eat at the restaurant but they were fully booked. Maybe advice to book ahead. If you want to eat there. The restaurant goes were a bit noisy when they left. 

In relation to the price per night, this was a good stay with fresh room!

Far from Koblenz without a car and not that able to speak english.

Good location convent for Autobarn and A and B roads. Very friendly staff and good English speaking. Good food from their resturant.

No air conditioning in our bedroom. (Room 20).

Good room size nice location

Staff were like robots and had little personality. Restaurant shut earlier than I expected. The balcony was in a poor state of repair with plaster crumbling on the pillars and paint peeling.

The food in the restaurant tasted exceptionally well. The bed was very comfortable.

I could hear the person in the room above me snore very loud all night. The television only had 2 channels that spoke English.

Clean, spacious rooms.

I was very surprised when I was asked to pay room rent at the time of checkout. I told that I already paid through booking.com, then the lady at the counter checked again and then she said that room rent is paid but the breakfast is not. I showed my booking.com reservation that breakfast is included then she checked again in her system and this time she found out that breakfast is included. I was very upset with this hotel and booking.com disconnect.By the way, the lady spoke only German.

The hotel offered a good breakfast. Also the facilities were nice; good parking area, nice restaurant and the pool was also appreciated. The area in which the hotel is located was pretty chil and quite and also easy to get around.

The room was comfortable but also a bit outdated compared to the pictures on the website. The hotel was also quite far from the Koblenz city center.
