The location was great and had all amenities we needed in the room.

Our room was little bit smaller than expected but the price-value ratio was unbeatable.

Location! It was very close to old town and we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to. Also near the ChristmasMarkt's that were still open.

No parking available directly associated with hotel. We were able to find public parking and that was within walking distance from hotel but also not secure.

The staff are really fabulous A+ service and friendliness. The breakfast is also very nice.The rooms are fine.

The side of the hotel I was in was very loud - with like a generator running - and random sounds of workers coughing and talking.

The location is great for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower head was leaking. There was no toilet roll holder. The TV was mounted on the wall too close to the bathroom door so every time you’d open the bathroom door, you would hit the TV with the door. The room wasn’t very clean or well-maintained. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, and the hand soap and shower soap containers were empty. It was just really not that good and we would definitely not go back.

Hotel staff was amazing, they upgraded us to a better room after we realized we accidentally booked a room with tiny bed. The bed sheets are incredibly clean, indeed, washed in min 60C degrees, and the breakfast is rich. They even had a special gluten-free option for people with allergies.

Construction site right next, which means that you can hear noises from time to time. Nothing that hotel can do, so just for info.

The hotel is on the edge of the old town within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, which was needed as it was quite hot during our visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of beverages and food items.

Access to the parking facility was an issue. Not the hotel’s fault but they need to resolve the card access problem with the parking company as soon as possible.

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and there's a lot to see within a few minutes walk!

Breakfast was included and good. It was what we have come to expect from an European breakfast, lots of choices, different from those of a US restaurant. Much better than that included in most US hotel breakfasts. The location was good, near the attractions in Koblenz that one would like to visit. Koblenz isn't big so it is easy to walk where needed. The staff was very helpful. We had some problems regarding our car rental, and they were helpful in that.

I liked the historic nature of the hotel and the breakfast was great! The rooms do not have views, but it is easy to walk to the Deutsche Eck and visit the rivers. Downtown was a short walk too.

The hotel is in the middle of a large construction zone at the moment! And the parking is not on site, but in a parking garage down the street, so you will have to drag your luggage for a bit. But the location is centrally located and good for touring the downtown area.

Location was great! Breakfast was also great and our room was small but what we’d asked for.

Conveniently located only 10 minute walk from Rhein-Mosel Halle (worksite), but on edge of Altstadt (food & entertainment). Breakfast, comfort, value all good.

Historic hotel with modern updates including AC in the rooms. Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with gluten and lactose free options. Highly recommend.

Clean, cosy and comfortable, with a somewhat "old-fashioned" air (you get real keys to your room). Located within easy walking distance from both the Koblenz Old Town and from Deutsches Eck, where the Rhein and Mosel rivers meet.

It's a bit of a walk from the Koblenz Central Station (but you can take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage).

My single room was simply and comfortably furnished, with a good en-suite. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Ideal location.
