Staff was good. The room was clean. For the second night we could change our room easily due to heating issue.

On our first night the room was super cold, and the heating didn't work. The room has basically nothing other than the bed.

Feels like it’s freshly renovated, looking very good and modern. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Located directly at the train station — perfect if you are planing to travel in the region.

There was a slight cigarette smoke smell in the room as we entered. Supposedly from the old curtains. Also no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom

The room was very bright, comfortable and clean.

Room was simple, clean and did the job.

We arrived early and someone took our bags. When we came back later to check in, we were scolded for checking our bags as they don't offer this service. The feedback should have been directed to the staff member in the morning rather than us as we weren't aware. I was also berated for not having a form of ID with my address (I used my foreign passport and have never had this issue before)

The location is great. The hotel is located near the main station.

The room was quite old, the bathroom door does not fully open. But most importantly, there were bedbugs on the walls and at the head of the bed in the room! After contacting the reception desk, the room was changed to a renovated one. But in any case, the presence of these dangerous insects in the accommodation facility is unacceptable in my opinion and the administration should pay attention to this

The hotel is so old and dated. Really needs to be refurbished. The beds were really uncomfortable, as is all the furniture in the room. The breakfast was terrible.

Terrible in cleaning both rooms we booked. I even found a pack of cigarettes in the wardrobe.

Staff helpful and friendly. Location is just a few steps from the central station main door.We could use the spacious waiting room to meet friends.. great thing.

Facilities are basic - bathroom facilities were a bit below expectation.Breakfast is standard.

I stayed there a couple years ago and although the property was tired, it was acceptable. I was told it was under new management so I expected over time, it would improve.However, mold and mildew throughout the shower and a cheap plastic moldy, mildewy shower curtain which could have easily been replaced for a few Euros every couple of months was NOT acceptable. Especially for 80€ per night.Given how poorly the bathroom was maintained, it calls the rest of the hygiene into serious doubt. Horrible bathroom maintenance. Won't stay again.

Place felt a bit run down.

The man who checked us in late in the evening spoke perfect English and was very sympathetic to the fact that we were soaking wet after walking 2 km in the pouring rain from the KD boat dock. He was very helpful with information about the location of the grocery store (Aldi) and the laundromat to wash our wet clothes, The breakfast was excellent, a large variety of food and lots of hot coffee. The double windows in our room made it very quiet and we did not hear the trains one bit.

Receptionist was very good and helpful. eating facilities close by so very good. and easy to get everywhere we wantedto go. Breakfast was adequate.
