Diehls Hotel

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Fantastic view with large windows looking to the Rhein River. Nice staff.

Old bath needs remodeling. Shower took awhile to get warm.

Beautiful location with parking included! Buy a bottle of wine and watch the boats go by on the Rhine. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

We didn't love the shower. The tub was too steep to stand comfortably without blocking the drain. Just a minor annoyance.

The view from our room was amazing! A view of the river and old city from the restaurant as well. Breakfast was amazing for us. The beds were so comfortable after a 11 hour flight!

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a room with a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out in the evening with some wine and watching the Rhine River flow by. It was very relaxing.

The breakfast was the best in the trip. A chef prepared the omelet. Great food selection including vegetables. The best view for the river and boats during breakfast or just in coffee in the lobby. Just like sitting in a postcard. Free parking.

The bath is tiny and minimal, not comfortable.

The mattress was too soft. The hallway going to the bedroom did not smell good. The shower stall is not well sealed and water leaks from underneath into the entire bathroom.

I really enjoyed the hotel room with its beautiful view of the Rhine River. Free parking was a great bonus, and breakfast was tasty. The small swimming pool and sauna, included in the room price, were very nice extras. The area surrounding the hotel is historic and perfect for scenic walks in the nearby hills.

All the rooms fact the Reine river. They had great views. The bathroom had a double sink which made it easier to prepare in the morning. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of food. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was included the price of the room. There was a nice walkway along the river in front of the hotel.

The hotel was difficult to navigate to get to the entrance along the roads. It wasn't very easy. We didn't use the pool or sauna, but I don't know that we would have been able to find them. The shower got water everywhere. They did a great job in having one installed but it was a little awkward.

Was disappointed ferry across the river only runs at peak times - this wasn't made clear on the web siteHotel also challenging to navigate - long corridors, a confusing number of lifts

Nice hotel on the bank of the Rhine opposite Koblenz. Big room, although a bit dated. No tea or coffee facilities, but they did provide a kettle and cups on request. Restaurant was good, nice food. A bit noisy with the Trainline right behind the hotel. The boat didn’t go in April, but it was a short walk across the bridge then a walk down from the fortress after taking the cable car back across.

Needs updating a lot! We didn’t have any curtains in the room or tea/coffee. Dinner was very late and we waited a long time for each course. Breakfast and shower good and the bar area nice

Water temperature too low to shower. Would have complained and left if we were not staying for just one night.

There was no help and lights werent switching on , they couldnt fix. as it was a just a night stay i could manage
