Very comfortable rooms, convenient location, good breakfast

It is a nice room and hotel, though it is not close to the centre, but with 15-20min walk, you can reach all good spots. The breakfast was very good and the kids like it. The room was good size and it had seperate room for kids and adults as it is family room. The bathroom doesnt have a lock and it is with glass door (note for those who are not used to Germany :))

The parking is across the street as you have to go round in a car. There is no pedestrain cross in the road close by to walk with luggage as we ended up crossing the middle of the road otherwise it is a long walk to the parking spot. It has been difficult with big luggage.

Helpful staff

No covered bike storage. Always have had bike covered storage in Germany, France, Spain. Very disappointing. Don’t stay here unless you like narrow, steep stairs to reach your room. WIFI was marginal.

Sabastian greeted us and was wonderfully helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The parking situation is a bit tricky, but with Sabastian‘s help we were able to park in a Parkhaus just a short distance from the hotel. Very convenient. Very clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options.

The parking initially is a bit confusing. But once explained by hotel staff, it‘s very easy.

Internet Connection wasn‘t stable.Some of the dining room furniture need an upholstery.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The small seating area just off the lobby has a very nice bar, great for an afternoon or evening drink. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Koblenz.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They suggested a better room option and showed me how to get to my room. The rooms were in great condition, clean, and had good furniture.The check-in time range was very convenient, from 15:00 to 23:00, and the procedure took only a few minutes.

Great staff—helpful and professional. The location is great as well—walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and spacious, but the bed was too soft.

Air conditioning, room was big, bathroom was big, breakfast was awesome, staff were nice, can buy cable car tickets at front desk.

The single room is too small. The duvet was too small and too thin (they provide a blanket but I couldn't use it due allergies). If I go back I would definitely book a double room.The trains and the alarm for the rail workers during the weekend/night is a nightmare. I had several small heartattacks because of it!The toiletries were poor (only a shampoo bottle on the wall) and I was promised a coffee/tea maker, there wasn't one in the room.

Comfortable and spacious room, very friendly staff on arrival and with helping to answer questions about Koblenz. Very nicely arranged breakfast.

Some room features weren't functioning.

The family room was actually a small apartment with doors between the rooms, very spacious and cosy, great lighting, 2 big TVs, nice bathroom, beautiful furniture. The hotel is near the city centre, so you can go on foot there.

I found it a bit odd that it didn't have a fridge, even a small one what most of the hotels (even the not so nice ones) have although there was plenty of space...

Room is small but comfortable. The staff are friendly and accomodating.Location is good though it's around 8mins walk from the train station. Not advisable for those with big luggages. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Internet was unreliable

The staff are all very friendly and went out their way to meet our needs. I needed to make a collect call back home for an urgent matter, Sebastian at the front desk helped me. Another staff helped us to make reservations with a local restaurant (sorry that we didn’t ask for your name). The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is roomy and very clean. Overall, we can tell this hotel is carefully maintained and cared with love.

The WIFI signal is weak, but it wasn’t a big problem. We are meant to disconnect during our vacation.
