Location!

The lift is impossible. We used the stairs the entire stay, which is fine is the lights come on. Which they don't, always...

Great location, attractively decorated rooms, good room amenities, kitchenette, cleanliness

No A/C and single window did not provide enough airflow. Comforters were too heavy for warm weather. LOTS of street noise, cigarette smoke, etc. coming in. Our request to change rooms was denied.

Worst Stat ever. Poor heating facilities, at the night you have to sleep wearing a sweater. When we complained, they provided one extra heater, which didn't work. Moreover, on the second day of our stay, the kitchen stove didn't work, so we were unable to cook and eat anything, not even our breakfast. Freeze was not working at all. There were not enough blankets, towels and soap; we had to ask for them. The corridor was too cold as the heater didn't work. There was no one on the property; you have to communicate with them only through messages on Booking.com. No shutters, light curtains, so you will be awake by daylight in the morning, windows are not tight enough and soundproof, so the whole night you cannot sleep for the street noises. As the freezer didn't work, my father's diabetes medicine got damaged. For a family room, the bathroom is too small, its even difficult to move in the bathroom. We took another single room also but the hot water was also not working properly. Don't stay here.

The room size was big and was close to the city center.

The bar next door was extremely loud. The music never stopped and would still be playing when I went to work at 6am.

We stayed on the ground floor. I thought that was awesome until the night came, and I realized that there was a taxi stand, literally right outside my window, and the taxi drivers would stand up there and talk as loud as you can imagine for hours that wouldn’t have been so bad as in the evening there are two bars, one on either side of the property within 20 feet of the property and the partier and the music and the cars were so loud it literally kept us up half the night. This should be disclosed. Do not rent this property. This property property should be taken off rental list.

The property is in a good location

Clean bathroom with good facilities, comfortable bed, fan which helped due to hot weather in Koblenz

The window for this ground floor room looked out over a street frequented by many young, drunk, loud persons well late into the evening/next morning. I eventually needed to close the windows which made the room even warmer in the unusually hot weather in Koblenz.

The location was great--situated at the edge of the Altstadt. The rooms were clean and comfortable too.

The reason I am giving this hotel only a five rating overall is because of the street noise--especially in my room on the ground floor. I was woken up several times overnight (Saturday night) as a result. The hotel did give you earplugs, but I chose not to use them, and I paid the price.

Lots of street noise, there is a cab stop right below the window and 2 very loud bars.

Very nice designed room with partly view over Rhein! Nice beds and kitchen with refridgerator. Lot of space in the room with sofa, desk and breakfast table with chairs. Easy access to room and building with a code that was sent 1-2 days before arrival. Access to bicycle room.

The traffic was loud during Friday and Saturday nights but better Sunday night. It was not possible to have the window opened during night because of traffic. Otherwise quiet in the appartment.

Excellent location, very clean, and self check-in with a code was simple and convenient at any time. The room was well-equipped and tidy. The bathroom was quite small, but clean and functional.

at nights it can be noisy, especially at weekends since the bar outside is right in the next building behind the window

The location was OK, and the price was fairly cheap considering we only needed a place for one night

No staff at all present from what we could make out, room was pretty dated but ok for the one night we stayed

The hotel was very close to center of koblenz and everything was satisfactory, no worries with getting around, plenty of nice places to eat and drink and no problems with keys etc.

Loved the location… and the best Mexican restaurant just around the corner!Apartments are set up well, just tired.No keys, one single code for main door and apartment entry which I thought was great.

Cold tap didn’t work.The mattresses weren’t very comfortable.Couldn’t get the fridge to work but that could be user error!!!Slowest lift ever!

room was clean and location were good. however, it was extremely noisy, mainly from outside but also inside.

It was a real disappointment that simple things were missed, like having a wonderful coffeemaker but only one coffeepod. this seems a little thing but 2 pods per day is usual and expected. It limited my relaxation and enjoyment. Also would have appreciated more than 1 pillow. I will put this on tripadvisor and any other sites as I rate the aparthotel am munzplatz. What a shame.

Comfortable & clean in great location. Opposite a noisy street & bar kept us awake but on second night went to bar & had a jolly great night!!

Room not as seen on advertising photos. Noisy street but worth it for location, take ear plugs . Kitchen very basic only 2 mugs glasses etc.

No staff, but having an access code meant we could be in the room as soon as we got there. The bike room was great too, so easy to access, and the location near the Moselle and the centre of town meant there was a lot to see.

The TV remote didn't work. It's probably just batteries, but my wife likes a sleep timer, and we couldn't access it using the buttons on the TV.

Comfortable bed, lots of room for luggage, very clean, coffee machine, very safe

On a Friday night it is very loud being next to bars. Small ensuite, ok for one person. Had to ask for toilet paper and get it myself

The kitchen was good but had few aminities
