Hotel Simonis Koblenz

Nice large family rooms, very comfortable. Delicious (weekend only) breakfast.

Was clean , comfortable have parking

No lift, no food and drink facilities, no water kettle,

There was no breakfast available. there was nothing to like.

NO BEDSIDE TABLES OR LAMPS. SINK DID NOT HOLD WATER. NOTHING IN THE FRIDGE. nO WATER GLASSES. NO STAFF TO SPEAK TO. JUST 6 PARKING SPACES FOR A LARGE HOTEL AND OTHER PARKING 300M AWAY. iT FELT LIKE IT WAS ABANDONED. WOULN NEVER RECOMMEND.

Located in a quiet section of the city. There are nice places to stroll, and an excellent bakery close by, The parking lot is small, but there is a lot about 5 minutes walk away, and I felt fine leaving my car there

We were provided with all required details after online check-in and the host allowed us a possibility for late arrival. Parking for free on a örivate hozel area was also a big plus.

Kindness and comfort.

Not negative. We had a nice stroll to the city of Koblenz. But it's more than an hour walking, so you have to like some exercise. There's also a bus driving, though I don't know the timetable.

Parking next to hotel. A restaurant and bakery in the street in front of the hotel. Fast check-in and even faster check-out.

Paid for a triple room, but were put in a double room. Beds were really uncomfy and we both got back pain from it. The refrigerator made a lot of noise and the heater (which was on for some reason, while it was 17 degrees celcius outside) made high pitched noises in the night (this was fixed after turning it off). Shower cabin wasn't fully closeable, which resulted in water on the floor while showering. And the tv remote wasn't working with the tv that was in the room, even after changing batteries.

Walls are pretty thin and I assume that the top floor will get pretty hot in summer (fan is available)

Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, heater was functional

Far away from restaurants etc.., though the towels wete clean, they wete old, soap holdrrs were not there.

The hotel was in a peaceful and clean neighborhood. There was an awesome little bakery nearby for some fresh bread in the morning.

It wasn't a big deal, but the shower doors didn't meet, so the water leaked out on the floor. It was a little pricey with few extras or perks. An electric kettle and tea in the room would have been much appreciated. Since the Hotel is a little far from the main train station, it would have helped to have some specific directions to the hotel on the Booking website.

The manager, he helped us out with everything he could.. the room was excellent but unfortunately, we couldn't stay long.

We booked in at 16:00, and we had to leave 6 hrs later to catch our ferry the next morning. I sent a request about booking in early so I could get more sleep. No was the only answer we got.

8 km our of Koblenz. Check in at 4pm, no option to get into your room any earlier. Overpriced and underwhelming breakfast. Uncomfortable beds, thin sheets and towels. No air conditioning and thin curtains. All parking spaces taken, possibly by local residents. Municipal car park a good 1km walk down a hill.

Disappointing

Nothing worked properly. The shower fittings were not insulated and they burned you if made contact with them. It was quite run down.

Nice location, clean room, good value for money

The rooms were spacious. Showers were great.

Restaurant and bar wasn’t open,Was unable to book breakfast because I didn’t order it when I booked the room,This was a service that didn’t offer at this time (ridiculous)Old and tired.

ciggarette smell, not clean, they left our room unlocked, hallway smellt like a zoo and was unlit, bad ventilation, open 24/7 in the back entrance, few parking spaces, bad beds, felt like a cell more than a room

The room did not look anything like what we booked. The excuse was that we booked rooms late. But I booked the room based on the look. If that room is not available, then they should put the actual room picture. Bathroom also had a smell. But it was fixed with a Air freshner.
