Mercure Hotel Koblenz

Great location by the river and walking distance from beautiful attractions. Breakfast is delicious and nice variety.

Literally, the best hotel we¿ve stayed at on our vacation. I hope to stay again someday.

Great location, we had a wonderful view of the river from our room. Easy access to the river walk and sites of Koblenz. Staff friendly and happy to store bags.

the bread at breakfast was not fresh. no salmon or any other fish

Nice view from the room. It's next to the river. Short easy walk to the KD river cruise and the Seilbahn Cablecar ride across the river to the fortress. The hotel provided free water bottles and coke. And there's free coffee in the room.

Far from the central train station and old town. The room was not exactly the same as shown in the pictures from Booking.com.

Google maps directs to wrong spot. Must be fixed.

I got upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor, meaning that I ended up to an oasis of calm after a long drive ... which was the ideal surrounding for a good night's sleep ... (because the hotel was completely booked out ...?)

Great front desk staff, good service in the restaurant even later in the evening.

It was confusing getting into town on foot, but that can’t be helped due to the location.

Rooms where a little old.

We liked everything. Super friendly staff, magnificent breakfast, great evening menu and a very comfortable room. It was my wife's birthday and the staff bought her chocolates and made her a cocktail.Will definitely stay again, highly recommended.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location close to route down / back to Austria for ski holiday. Hotel is about ten minutes walk from main restaurants and bars in city across some busy roads but all pedestrian light controlled. Underground parking on site at €13 overnight which was good for us with having ski box on top of car. Reception was great both at check in and when we asked questions during our stay, perfect English spoken by all three people we spoke with. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast so can't comment. We were on floor 10 with great city views across river to castle. Voucher on check in for a free drink at the bar for all four of us.

Breakfast price put us off eating in so we went to city for a look around and had breakfast there for €45 for all four of us. Other than that we would certainly stop at Koblenz Mercure again.

Old estate, over-dated, cold room, cheap refurbishment, the garage with only two working electric chargers.

Easy to check in, Near to the city center, Good breakfast

Uncomfortable pillows, insufficient gym area, Sauna was not working. Rooms are needed renovation, there is not even disposable slipper, water is only available in room check in day they don’t even put water after cleaning.

Location, intimacy, nice staff, the view was amazing.

We had only one pair of slippers for two persons . Soap spender was empty . Nothing important , my stay there was good.

Within easy walking distance of the Rhine. Old Town and Deutsche Eck approx. a 20 minute walk. Spacious privilege room. Comfy bed, pillows. Large fridge, mini bar (beer, soft drinks) included. Clean, nice job guys. Helpful staff.

Our shower was slightly more dated than the one in the photo, but perfectly adequate.

The staff was great!

The room was so hot we tried adjusting the AC but nothing helped. We had to open the window but it only opened from the top and still couldn't feel any difference.

The breakfast wasn't good at all, same menu every day, no variety to choose from yet the price of breakfast per person is so high.
