    Pros +

    • Staff was very nice! Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Good location
    • The hotel was downtown close to everything we wanted to see. The hotel attendants were accommodating and kind. The breakfast attendants were friendly and helpful.
    • Great location and cute hotel close to Downtown, the cable car, and the Moselle walk. The breakfast was quite a surprise even after reading reviews about a great breakfast - everything you can wish for! Staff was super nice, rooms modern, cozy, and clean. Despite lack of parking at hotel, it was easy to drop off luggage and check in.

    Cons -

    • We did not expect to have to carry our heavy luggage up several flights of stairs.
    • our only complaint was the bed mattress was very very firm. By morning our back and hips hurt.
    • The lack of parking - but really not a big deal because you can drive right up to the hotel door and drop it off.

The location is super great, perfect for a backpaker who doesn't want to stay in hostels. The price is fair enough.Breakfast good.

I couldn't find the hotel at first, there was no sign.No shower gel and shampoo. The room is so small but it's still okay.

4th floor walkup, ugh!! Internet WiFi is NOT secure. Morning staff person so delightful, pleasant and efficient. Classic older meeting in wonderful area of old town Koblenz..

    9AntonPosted on: 2-2-2025

Nice Location. Comfort room with breakfast in the old city. The price was also in line.

    7ChristinPosted on: 10-4-2024

It is right in the city center of Koblenz and just a stone throw away from all sightseeing and shopping places. The staff was super nice and it was good value for money. It was also very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress not of a good quality. The public parking was quite far away.

    Great location in the Altstadt

Thought I’d have a live check-in but had to call on arrival to get key box info.

Great location and setup. Nice rooms and friendly staff.. good breakfast.

Room on top floor with no elevator

Thought it was the Hotel Komforte in the square and was jumping for joy. Entrance through the cafe. When they pointed me around the corner my face dropped. It was fine for the one night i was there. Clean and basic. But functional

The place was OK. If anything probably a little dear for what you got. But it is cental i guess

Location and breakfast lady at breakfast was lovely

No air con, room in the attic so so hot, beds uncomfortable no tea/coffee facilities or fridge Curtains in room we’re hanging off cobwebs in the corners

Great location, very nice staff, good breakfast!

The only downside was that we sometimes had cold water is the shower

I enjoyed this hotel. I stayed in a room for three. And it included a bathroom - even though the booking site did not say so. I was informed that all rooms have a private bath, which was very important to me. The location of this hotel is in a safe part of town, and close to most things. The breakfast was fabulous. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Good location near but off from the main drag. Cute place and a good breakfast spread.

The bedding. I never thought I’d have this issue but it felt like the standard issue at a boarding school. I don’t use high end stuff by any means but the sheets were threadbare Jersey (we thought they forgot to make the bed up). The duvet was worn and folded on the base of the bed, not made. The one pillow per side was flat and useless, I ended up shoving my clothes in a bag for a pillow. In the end, not a good nights sleep.

If you like the German 50s and 60s - this is the place for you! Pretty authentic, I would say.Friendly staff, good breakfast included, the place is clean. Great location in the old town near the „Deutsches Eck“.

If you have luggage, be aware there is no elevator. Stairwell is steep. (Of course, it is an old building!) My room had the shower and toilet in a kind of foyer without a door. Window onto a kind of courtyard with cigarette buts on display. Two steps up to the bed…

Excellent location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming after we had to change hotels due to issues at the Wyndham Super 8 not accepting guests with bicycles. The breakfast was included and ok. Interesting vintage decor.

The rooms are outdated and worn down. The beds were wonky, the frame broken and the bedside table fell off the wall after just looking at it. Had to walk through the bath and toilet to get to the bed in one room.

Very nice hotel situated in walking distance to everything in the Koblenz Altstadt. We brought bikes which the friendly staff let allowed us to store overnight in a storage room by the reception. Interior is old style (massive wood furniture and wall2wall carpets everywhere), but kept in good condition which gave the place charm. We had a good breakfast buffet that was continuously replenished and were also offered freshly made options not in the buffet. Perfect for a short stay in Koblenz Recommended

    Well very little

No one at check in as the owners i heard were on holiday. Only a sign in german on the door to say to call a number (i don't speak German and no contact to say there would be no one there) got in via a key in an envelope.Next morning no breakfast and no one at reception. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room price. Maid that barely spoke English told me no restaurant no breakfast and to leave the key with her. Only random chance was she there in the hallway.Very bizarre and frustrating stay. Owners didn't reply to my message on Booking.com after 5 days now. Guess they are having a great time in holiday and don't care about their guests

The breakfast and location were excellent, staff friendly. We would have appreciated it if there were tea making facilities in the room eg. we arrived very late and it would have been nice to have a hot drink
