Shower had great water pressure.

Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and room ventilation is not working very well

It was close to downtown and walkable. The room was comfortable overall.

The room was a bit small. With little to no storage, we were tripping over suitcases. But for a short stay, it was not bad at all.

The room was a good size and I found the bed really comfortable. Not too far from the old town, about a 10 minute walk and a plus for me was that they have parking on site for only 8€ a night.

I was not keen on the keypad entry to the room.

I was travelling for work. Staff is mostly absent, you have to self check in. The room was small but nice and clean. The surroundings don't offer much but it's easy to park so that's what I was looking for.

Breakfast is very good not cheap though. Parking and access to the highway/trains is very good.

Room is heavily weared, carpet on the floor was dirty and smelly.Same about bathroom.Overall value for money could be better.

Don’t come to check in early they ask you to pay €15 I came at 2 pm also need to pay €15.pet friendly €12 for the dog.The room very clean the bed comfortable Free parking. Walk 10 min to the centre.close to the train tracks so you can’t open the window.no kettle in the room.

Simple and clean

Location was good

I didn’t like being knocked up out of bed by the cleaner asking what time I am leaving whilst I am trying to chill in bed because I had to drive to northern England that day, not only once but twice.

Lacation is very good. It's very close to the Koblenz center. Parking free of charge is nice.

Practical and easy check in. Good location and free parking, perfect when traveling by car. Breakfast was fine.

The girl at the reception not very friendly, but seems to be the normal around here.

Brilliant that there are now EV charging stations along the front of the hotel as well as all the usual comforts and good breakfast.

Selfish guests parking their non-EV car not just IN an EV space but blocking off TWO at once! Perhaps car registrations should be monitored as, if we'd arrived later, we'd have been stuck unable to charge and no way of asking the guilty party to move.

Close to old town.

Everything was clean, modern, comfortable.

We were looking for a hotel with car parking and in walking distance of attractions and this Hotel fitted the bill. It is fine as a base to explore Koblenz but not much more as noted below. Hotel is clean. The receptionist was very pleasant. Good sized car park.

You wont want to spend much time in the small room. Nowhere to put clothes. Building work outside our window starting at 7am (not the hotel's fault though). It was harder to walk to places than expected from a map because the hotel is bordered by a main road and a railway so you need to loop to underpasses and bridges to get anywhere which increases walking distance. Breakfast isn't great and the eating area is far too small resulting in a scrummage for tables and for collecting food and drink. No facility in the hotel, or nearby, to get a drink such as tea or coffee, except the drinks machine in the lobby which is definitely NOT recommended.
