Ostend Hotel

The location was central

No EV Charge point provided, even though I had requested this in advance and been assured that they would reserve one for me. No willingness to contact either of the two ICE cars that were parked in front of the charge points to ask them to move to one of the other vacant spaces. Instead, the receptionist suggested I drive to a public underground car park, pay to charge there, walk back to the Hotel in the spitting rain and repeat the process the following morning, then pay to park at the Hotel Ostend as well. The room fittings had been flown in from some time in the 1980s and dinner in the Hotel restaurant was not available to Hotel guests unless they booked at reception prior to 7am on the day of their stay - my conclusion is to suggest to all would be visitors - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Really nice room. We stayed in 220 at the end of a corridor. Lovely and quiet.Very comfortableFriendly welcome and a great breakfast.

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Hotel price was also reasonable. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and included breakfast. Indoor play area for the kids was a bonus!

Two lights in our room were broken, so the room was not well lit. Also we booked a family room and the kids beds were not prepared in advance. We had all the supplies to make the beds ourselves, but it would have been a nice touch if they were already assembled. Lastly, we left the windows open to sleep, but each morning there was so much noise outside it was not very restful.

De luxe room was exceptional.cleaned everyday to a very high standard Location perfect for beach and centre .Staff very friendly and helpful.

Im being very picky here as it had zero impact on my stay ....Bar , maybe open before 5pm Also evening entertainment would be good

Location is great and hotel is clean. The bar area and play area for kids were really good. Beds comfortable and set up of family rooms were good.

There was no air con in the room, so it was very hot at night. Also, no extractor fan in the bathroom so it got very damp and contributed to the overall temperature of the room.

Very friendly and welcoming personnel, very good breakfast, very clean and accomodating room. Overall a great experience.

Some rooms lack airconditioning so be sure to check this before confirming.

The location close to the beach. Good breakfast. Was nice to relax in the sauna which is included with your reservation for 1 hour use, just you need to reserve the time in advance!

Really friendly staff, nice breakfast and good facilities. The location was good, just around the corner from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were nice and very clean.

Good location - close your the sea but on the quiet street. Clean, spacious room, very comfortable. Very good choices for breakfast. Helpful reception staff. Possibility to book parking - reception was very helpful with that logistics. Nice bar for evening drink. I loved the hotel and will choose it again.

Location, a few minutes of walking and you reach the beach. The staff was kind and helpful. We really liked our stay here.
