Breakfast

1. No elevator!! Very difficult to climb 2 full floors with the luggage. 2. No Place ( in the room) to open the luggage. ( other than on the floor) 3. Bathroom is very small.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is amazing and the beds were comfortable. Don't pass up the breakfast.

We had a situation where someone before us smoked in our room. After informing the staff management was contacted and the situation was handled promptly. They turned am unfortunate situation into a positive by the way they handled the matter.

Breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was ideal. Secure parking was free which was a bonus.

No mention that on a Sunday that the reception closes at 3pm. As we got there just after 3pm, we had no password for the WIFI, no access to the fitness centre. There was also no mention that there is also no bar and restaurant on a Sunday. I feel that this should be included in the description as a warning for other travellers.

Very friendly staff. That was nice after a long day of driving. Good breakfast. Cosy tiny place. The room was big, fresh and clean.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like, the parking lot is a bit small but luckely there weren't many cars so we could fit with our big van.

On Monday breakfast at other location and restaurant closed.Bar closes very early.

Near to the train station and near to the city center. The property is in a good location. I liked more about free parking. They have their own parking area. Which is really helpful. Breakfast is good too.

Great location. Clean and comfortable

There was no kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Very clean rooms, with central heating. The bathroom was also very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The communication was easy as they spoke good English. The parking was small but there was enough space for our car.

The room was small and had no coffee machine or kettle for tea. But I selected a basic room when booking, so it was fine.

Everything feels super clean, very comfortable beds, and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the stay.

No elevator, room noisy as had to keep window open for temperature, location/view is not nice (but I wasn't there for the view)

Everything was great, it was possible to check-in at midnight without any reception. Hotel is clean, with free parking for car.

The staff was very friendly. Gave me suggestions how to go to town, Made sure i could find my room and chatted a bit while waiting for my friends to come down.

The break fast was expensive comprared to other hotels around. I felt i did not get what i paid for. For example, i had to order a second coffee instead of just standing and getting one for my self. Their was no enough variety of choices when compared to other hotels around the area where there is a big choice and the price is around 12€.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds

Location is on the outskirts of the city in close vicinity to a motorway.

Staff (reception & breakfast) is friendly and efficient. Our first room had a problem but as soon as we told this to the reception staff we were inmediatly offered another room. Really Confortable bed and very good breakfast. Parking available very close to the Hotel. The Hotel in general is really cozy and well decorated.

Nothing to point out.

Staff so friendly, room excellent size. Bed was so comfy and black out blinds perfect for a good sleep. Breakfast choice and standard was exceptional.

Extra pillow would've been good.

Nothing very important:- No coffee in the room, not something very important but it would be nice to have- Would prefer more toiletries- We could have a slight larger room
