A hidden gem. Very friendly staff, good breakfast options, comfortable, conveniently located next to a very good restaurant.

Parking issues, entrance easy to miss, depending the direction you come from. Shower was a little inconvenient. Temperature regulation and position of shower head. Probably an easy fix.

The garden is nice

The fact that the room doesn’t have a kettle and the insane rule of not using their tea/coffee machine prior to 11:00am. For anybody who stays one night, it means you can drink no hot beverage without paying them, because you have to check out by 11:00am. The mattress was not comfortable; too soft and too thin. With the stiff wood headboards they use and the single thin pillow it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, pillows didn’t smell clean.

Everything was fine, very clean room. Probably I stay in the best room, without personnes or another room around, so with kids it's better. Matress were very good too.

They could make clients chose your own table for breakfast.

Spacious room for a double and 2 single beds. Comfortable beds. Sauna and pool was a nice thing to have, especially they open till 10pm. Breakfast was very good, small dining room, so you have to book an hour slot but food choice was great.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, but you could get a hot drink on the ground floor by reception until 9pm. No lift in the hotel.

It was cozy and clean. Have a nice parking and a restaurant in front of the hotel. It is close to town center and you can have a beautiful walk. It is quite and relaxing place.

“SPA” zone is not that cozy but you have a nice garden just out of it so you can relax.

The breakfast was awesome and provided a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast food options along with a great coffee machine. The location was great for me and my family as the hotel is only 10 minutes from where our relatives live in Leverkusen.

The shower stall did not have an adequate seal so that when you took a shower water went all over the bathroom floor.We reported this problem to the staff and they stated that this issue would be fixed.

Small nice hotel, kind hosts, excellent breakfast, close to the bus station and we will come back again

All in all pleasant stay for 1 night.Got a nice room for my dog & myself.Sauna is nice

In the dark could not find the exact spot and parking entrance immediately.Pool itself incl floor not very clean. Not a very pleasant area.Thin walls so you can hear everything from the others. But luckily after 11pm very quiet!

The staff were very kind, smiling and welcoming. We felt very comfortable, Ladies in the reception assisted kindly when needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The pool was another highlight of the hotel, quiet and warm. We will definitely come back.

- The pool area was a bit dark, with the number of not functioning bulbs, which should be an easy fix;- the pillows were not very comfortable.

We stayed at the apartment and it was so nice. We loved the swimming pool and sauna. Staff was very friendly.

It got really crowded during breakfast.

Very friendly welcome, with excellent restaurant suggestion. Family room was spacious for the four of us.

Perhaps a lift...? But 2nd floor is the highest floor, we managed.

No air conditioning in the room. It was 30 degrees inside. Had to leave windows opened for the night. Couldn't sleep because of the heat and noise from outside.

It was the most amazing location. Absolutely loved the area. The breakfast was magnificent and you were able to get a coffee, cappuccino anytime of the day for free. The room was absolutely lovely and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant out the front Latino was fantastic and so kind as we had dinner there for my daughters birthday. The area outside was also great as you could sit out there with a table and comfy chairs. You can park there which is good as well. The bathroom was wonderful as well and a bigger shower than other places we stayed in Germany. I would totally recommend this lovely place to everyone.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, but everything was brilliant.

Friendly service, dog-friendly hotel (my dogs got beds, bowls and treats on arrival), quiet place, nice garden, swimming pool and sauna. Tasty breakfasts. Very creative and unusual room labeling!

Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out procedures. Nice and cozy swimming pool and sauna and opened late even to the children! Free self service coffee and tea in the stay was bonus! We were staying in the 3 bedrooms apartment, love the door-less shower room design!

Slow flow to the shower drainage upstairs which need repairing.
