Friendly service. Rooms very clean. Good bed.

No coffee, neither water in the room. Hairdryer from early 2000. Wifi not working. Old bread at breakfast.

I had breakfast extra and it was very good

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and I was checking the pricing at the time I stayed my room was 30% cheaper than the price I paid while reserving one month ago.

Beds where comfortable and staff friendly

There wasn’t any facilities for making tea or coffee and after a long journey this was a very poor oversight on your service.

The staff are super friendly The location was good for us, between Düsseldorf and Köln, rooms and toilets are super clean

The noise coming from outside, there is a coffee shop that opens till late and lots of people outside making noise

A pleasant room, minimal furnishings but good quality. TV had great selection of channels in multiple languages.Powerful shower was fantastic.

New view to speak of, just a car park at the back - no big deal. Would have benefitted from tea/coffee making facilities in room, and a fridge - I thought a mid-range boutique hotel would have these.

Efficient, friendly check-in. Clean room and bathroom, new and comfortable bed.

The room was very spartan. A bit of decoration and amenities would make it a bit more comfortable.

The double sized bed were 2 beds merged and instead of having one mattress, it had two separate. The middle was very uncomfortable , since it was splitting all the time. Also there is no safe box

A nice hotel in walking distance, just 10 minutes, from the train station in Leverkusen City. Small and modern rooms. Big bathroom. Soft beds. 24 hours reception desk. Polite and helpful staff. Nice breakfast menue with a good variety of foods.

Breakfast a bit expensive (19€).

The persons at the reception were welcoming and helpful. I checked in late, but there were no issues. I was also informed beforehand about the existence of another hotel with a slightly similar name on the same street there by saving me from any confusions.

Staff are friendly. Checking and out are quick, smooth. Parking is right on the property, with both outyard and underground garages. Train station leverkusen mitten is just a 10-minute walk. From there, you could go to Koln, or Duesseldorf, etc.

Rooms are simplest I have ever stayed: no coffee, no tea, no water kettle, no wardrobe, no mini fridge. When you stay with a child, the water kettle and fridge are needed. The 1st night, we were assigned a room that faced the entrance. The whole night also over midnight cars are driving through, car's doors clamps people talking loudly. Although the room is too warm, we still must try to close the windows. Noise still goes through. The curtains are thin and do not cover the whole windows' gaps. Heat from outside and sunlight go filling in the little room. The 1st night was indeed not a great experience for us. The kind staff the next noon changed us another room which was cooler and quieter (facing the inner yard). Thank you for that.

The room was clean, the breakfast was nice with lots of choices.The localisation was not so far from the train station. The curton were useful to complete almost darkness.Would recommand it for a visit to Koln.
