    Pros +

    • Breakfast times ended an hour earlier than communicated bit the personnel were really nice and offerered me one regardless.
    • The price is pretty cheap and my room has 2 beds even though I booked for 1 person. There's a bus station outside the hotel and multiple ones near there so it's very easy to commute. They also allow self check-in if you come late at night.
    • cheap, good location but very low standars. picturtes on their web site are from new building.

    Cons -

    • I didn't get the code to open the key safe by email or in the app. Upon ringing the service number it went smoothly then. The whole premises smelled of an old ashtray. There was an area in the room where you didn't wanted to remain more than 5 seconds because of the smell. Opening the window wouldn't make things better a. because of the millions of mosquitos and b. there's a busy main street crossing right in front of the building. They need to definitely throw out the floor covering, it's really disgusting.
    • There is no toilet inside the bathroom. I had to use a shared toilet at the end of the hall and that's pretty inconvenient. The rooms' numbers also don't follow the same pattern for usual hotel so you have to check the map on each floor to see if your room is on it.
    • walls are very thin. you can hear people from the next room.

Location was okay. Private bathroom and shower works fine.

The hotel turned off the heater (wheather conditions -2 , like a freezing).Bed was broken. The room located strange place at hotel (room#51). You need to carry your bags and staff one upper level and need to go one below level. It was like a maze. When I need to check out, there is not staff around, I had to leave key and took the picture of it.

Very close to the BayArena, makes it the perfect choice if you're watching a late night game. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping is done properly.

Mine was a single bed room... so toilet & bathroom were outside my room. Not tech savvy, no key card. Your room will have an actual key which you need to carry along.Room gets very cold.

Stay away. If other rooms in the neighborhood cost 30€ more, you get much more than 30€ of value.

Dirt, broken lamps, smell, dirty toilets, respectless showers. I’ve not been looking for any particular comfort, but this is really not reasonable. No service, no maintenance, no cleanliness. Really bad. A room with shared bathroom can have dignity. What I found had not. Apologies for the hard feedback. But this was too much.

The shower was clean, the room was warm once all the windows that were left open shut.

The room was dated, and furniture was not arranged comfortably to watch TV, the TV did not work because of the antenna cable being dismantled(I fixed it). The bed was too low to the floor.. The net curtains didn't fit the window length to maintain privacy and dignity. The bed was provided with two singular duvets not a double.

Cheapness, first floor with reception and restaurant are clean and beautiful. They even have a piano

No shampoo, soap, kettle and cups. Also no elevator so I had to move my 25 kg baggage to the 2 floor

The fact the room was single.

A lot of people were doing sex very loudly, I did not feel safe when I arrived in the late evening and was looking for my room.

-Helpfull and friendly staff-Nice location-Bus stop next to the hotel

-Our room was next to a car road, very loud-Bed was a to hard and pillow to soft -Broken shower head holder

    5WoodPosted on: 7-21-2024

    It was cheap.

The noise of what can be heard from the corridor through the doors. There are no signs to ask the others to be quiet. The television is disconnected and no instructions on how to reconnect. No hooks to hang up wet towels. Rooms have no pictures. Very cold and lacks personality. A lot of maintenance work to be done.

Cheap and nice big rooms with balcony.

Our room had a kitchen that was locked off which was strange

    Not alot

The staff were rude, blood on the walls and the bathroom was awful.

    7BiPosted on: 6-24-2024

The hotel and reception lady were good, however the communication and attempt to cancel my room were not. See below

The hotel advised they had water damage and asked me to cancel my room 3 weeks prior to my arrival for the Euros. I refused as I received another from Booking.com advising I hadn't paid my room. My booking was advanced and not due till 12th June. I suspect they wished to sell my room for a higher rate due to the football, why? when I asked to see the water damage nobody knew anything about it. This was poor plus another guest had no room despite an Expedia reference again a debacle. Customers should not be treated this way because of money

    7AlasdairPosted on: 6-22-2024

It was fine, basic, but you get what you pay for. Saved me a fortune when travelling for the Euros. It was clean, tidy and secure and that’s all that matters.

Shared bathroom, but that was known when booked.

The location ,the room and the service was perfect. So helpfulWill stay again

Only thing that would be better was to have at least a mini bar refrigerator

    Nothing - literally nothing

The hotel is out of shape in every aspect. The rooms are not clean and loud. The water in the shower is rusty brown. In the middle of the night there was a pipe breach a level above. The whole night was cleaning and loud work ongoing. Not even a information from the staff.

It was cheap. Cleaning staff friendly. I never met the other hotel staff but I called them once and they were positive and helpful.

There was a strange spot on the wall and strange smell. The blackout curtains didn't reach all the way so there always was a 10 cm-ish gap that a light sled trough. There was much sound outside even if the windows were fully closed and there was so much noise if people were walking the hall and they were only walking in the hall. The keychain had this big pendule that made even higher noise and it woke me up a few times so I was not really happy about the non-excistent sound proofing. Picture below of the light gap and the strange mold-like stain on the wall. It was right behind the bathroom wall so probably this is a mold. There were no cups in the room to drink from so that would be nice to have and the wifi was unuseable.

you only stay here if you are going to the football

the rooms were dull and noisy. but it was what it was.
