Hotel Guatatur

Noisiest place i ever spent a night. Never again Did not sleep. Paper thin walls. Traffic noise until midnight the stars at 430. Hallway echoed and couple nearby arrived late and argued most of night

The bathroom the hot tub didn't work it was a different picture then the one i got, the hot and cold water in the shower, the cold on hot and the hot on cold and the water ran very slow in the sink,

The location and the staff

The badroom drain was somehow obstructed and it take too much time for the water to run away.The 4th floor for bar and breakfast can be reached only by stairs.And iff you are a bit tired you don't go there.

The bed is not comfortable-And the bed broke no one to assist so my husband had to fix it

I like how it was in the plaza right where all the restaurants are and the price per stay was excellent.

My room was not cleaned very well. There was hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The shower door was not able to open or close fully.

This is a bizarre place. Our room was not what we expected. It was more like a prison cell. There was a window but with no natural light and the curtain or blind didn’t open, the room only had one harsh light on the wall which was falling off and rusty and if that wasn’t on you’d be sitting in complete darkness ( why not have a small bed side lamp!?!. ) the place was a bit dirty and needs a good clean, the shower door is falling off but it is actually a very good shower. It’s loud with music from the bars and traffic But having said that we actually slept very well. The Wi-Fi isn’t great and breakfast is what I’d call average.

It was extremely loud. During the day there is a lot of traffic. Nearby restaurants play loud music all night even after they close. Earplugs are necessary.

An average place

A dated hotel, very noisy as all the tuk-tuks leaving the main square were passing by the window. Also very stingy with the check-in time not allowing any access to the room before 3 PM when many rooms were actuality empty...also the receptionist didn't come across as particularly hospitable so overall a very average experience. Wouldn't recommend this place

The properties location was awesome! I had a 2nd story balcony which was nice, the noise outside can be heard clear as day and those people party!

The bed was very uncomfortable and I am not one to complain about sleeping quarters I’ve been to Jail a few times and they had for comfortable beds!

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

The location is right in the main square, which was very loud and made it hard to sleep. The hotel was a decent place to stay for one night.

It was a great location in the very centre of town and close to the water. The reception staff and the restaurant staff providing the included breakfast were wonderful. My Spanish is still pretty weak but we were able to communicate and they were so friendly and patient with me.

The only negative I have is the noise. It was nonstop from morning all the way through night both days I was there and the room wasn’t remotely close to soundproof so it sounded like every bar was in your room until about 4am and the construction and set up people, trucks, motos, etc. we’re going early in the morning and throughout the day, not to mention the church bells.

The bed is a little hard and they don't have a mirror to look at your whole body. only had a mirror in the bathroom.

Excellent staff, location, breakfast. Is in all excellent value. Very centric to stay in the town of Guatape. The staff is kind and attentive. as the town rules no noise after 1pm so you can rest in the center of town. Definitely recommended. Thanks Enrique for all your help!!

The location was the best for a quick stay in Guatape. Amazing breakfast served at the restaurant next door. Strong shower and very comfy bed.Very nice ladies at the reception and overall it was a nice experience.

Not much really. Our room did not have a window facing outside - just a small window facing the corridor, so it was a bit stuffy in the room.Shower door needs some maintenance, it was very difficult to close and almost impossible to open it from the inside.

Nice accommodations for anyone that is in that area! Friendly neighborhood and amazing staff! Clean room and good Wifi!

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was in a great location being right on the corner of the city square. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was great.
