Location is excellent. Hotel looks like an art gallery. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Regards to the lady at the reception desk. Breakfast was excellent. 24hrs reception is great and there is no problem with parking. After breakfast we enjoyed playground and walk around local ponds.

Clean room, excellent bathroom. Interior boutique style. Location nice and quiet, breakfast more than sufficient.

No downsides actually.

Great food, nice location, good sized bedroom, overall really good.

The only two things that could have been better would have been the choice of pillows (they both were very stiff and tall) and the ability to regulate the temperature in the room. When we got there it was very warm to the point of having to sleep on top of the covers. The reception suggested a fan to alleviate.

Facilities and quiet neighbourhood.

Bed was not comfy at all and very narrow. The pillow was also not a good one, felt neck pain in the morning. Too expensive, no value for the money.

We were upgraded to the main building. Great location and facilities. It even had a small playground for our kids which they really enjoyed. Would absolutely come back.

Nice surrounding location. I was able to charge my electric vehicle there too and saved time while travelling.The decoration is so nice and unique. Breakfast was so decent and variety of choices with fresh fruits.The shower is so nice and spacious.

Room size is slightly tight, linen was not very nice and fresh smell.. the fit sheet was not soft enough I felt it was more if a mattress cover??

A stylish look and feel, careful attention of staff, tiny nuances like several options of pillows that you can choose for the most comfortable sleep. My partner used the spa bonus and enjoyed the pool so much. Thanks!

We were offered to stay in Arcadeon. It was new, a spacious familyroom, clean, great service and great breakfast.

space , decoration and style

not enough water in the room to offer and the empty bottles stayed in our room all stay. should have been topped up or removed when beds are made.

The main building was very new and well decorated, very nice. The breakfast was extraordinary, a lot of variety and great dining hall.Everything was clean in the room. The price was good in relation to the value.

The hotel has two buildings, the new and fancy one with the reception and the breakfast room, and an older one (where our room was). This second one was older and the walls were very thin, we could hear everything from everywhere. The room was very small, and the bathroom did not have space to leave anything, only literally the 2 toothbruses! We only had 1 towel, even though in the reservation we were 2 people.

We loved the news design, the confortable beds, including the kids beds - a great idea for use of space.

Maybe room service from the restaurant but not a real issue. Everything was great.
