Completely renovated in 2018, Waldhotel and Restaurant Lemberg has a garden and is located in a quiet location, a 15-minute drive from the center of Hagen. The A1, A45 and A46 motorways can be reached in 10 minutes. Free private parking is available on site. Please note that the restaurant is permanently closed. - Property is far from the city in the centre of mountains. But the room was disappointing. From outside looks a good property. The worst part is there is no food available nearby the property. Fortunately I rented a car so I can go some where and have food.

- We came from the UK for a wedding and stayed there for 2 nights. However the experience was very poor! The standards of rooms was not worth the price we paid. The bathroom needs work. The shower is broken! The breakfast was limited and the toaster did not work. The food had been standing outside for a long time. The location was in a very quiet and dark location and very far from other towns were we needed to be. Overall the experience at this accommodation was very disappointing! Friends of ours paid similar amount for places that were much better! The last day we asked for a late check out and were denied this request. It was absolutely horrible. There were plenty of other rooms that were not occupied so I didn't understand why she kept saying her housemaids are waiting to clean the rooms. It seemed as if she wanted us out so she could get those rooms ready for the next customers to save money. We travelled with 2 babies and this was definitely beyond disgraceful. I would never stay in such a place again! The whole accommodation smells of smoke (cigarettes) Very very poor management. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!
