Friendly staff, the hotel has been there for some time, but for us it felt cozy. We enjoyed using the swimming pool as well as the 2 saunas. The breakfast takes places on 9th floor which was nice.

To use the parking lot, you need to pay 2 * 2 euro coin, or you need to ask for a special coin at the receptionist. If parking system is upgraded to license plate recocginiton + pay later, will be easier.

The room is large and clean, the location was nice and the landscape around was beautiful. The breakfast was good.The SPA was great.

Not all sockers were working. Only few soccers that were easily accessible.

Easily accessible from the train station. Walking distance from station and town centre.

Food a bit pricy.

The hotel staff were really nice, the hotel was very quiet, actually rather relaxing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff at the breakfast buffet were extremely nice! The on site restaurant serves typical German food and beer. The food itself was really good , and great that you can eat on site. The walk to the town centre is about 5 to 10 minutes, and about 7 minutes to the train station. It's family owned- and you can tell the staff enjoy working there! The room was big for German standards. Perfect for one or two nights.

The hotel, like others have said, is a bit dated. Although my room hand a new floor, the furniture was somewhat old and there was some water damage on near the bathroom.

Spacious quiet room. Excellent heating. Safe. Fridge and more. Big bathroom. Instructions are by the phone are listed and clear. Parking is only €4/ night. Get the token before you approach the boom. It opens automatically upon exit. Restaurant food is amazing. On Thursdays you can eat as much Schnitzel as you want for €24.50. Breakfast on the 9th floor was great! There is a lift.

The outside entrance looks outdated. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom is far too high.

For anyone wanting to stay in Witten, this hotel is excellent. The staff are efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them whenever we needed their assistance. The main restaurant and the breakfast restaurant provided very nice meals at very affordable prices. We would certainly return to this hotel without any hesitation. Arnold from England.

My room had a view of the Park, adjacent to the Hotel.The Staff were very friendly and polite and willing to help.The view of the 9th floor, where the breakfast is served, is very beautiful.

The Hotel building is old. It was clean, but the ventilation in my bathroom did not work (or there was no ventilation), therefore the bathroom stunk. You needed to open the windows to get rid of the smell.Though the bed was comfortable, in the night it was difficult to sleep, because of the noise of trains passing by. Or you had to close the window, but then the room was warm.The breakfast was very poor for my taste.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Our Apple Watch got stolen even though we proved the location , staff was not really bothered about it and still showing that it’s at hotel was defiantly left in the bed

The hotel is a little bit dated, nothing to be worried about but it stands still in time in the 80's. I am not very keen on that but I believe that some clients will apreciate. Close to the railroads some train noise but also nothing unberable.
