Pros +
- The room was just neat.
- Location
- Excellent location. On a lovely pedestrian street with shops and cafes/restaurants.The accommodation is simple , comfortable, warm and clean. My room was separate to the main building, just around corner.
Cons -
- Facilties were not working. The staff must walk to the room with the customers to show them how to use the stuff in the room or better still to check if everything is functioning. Eaxole, to check if the hot water is coming or the heater is working.
- Downstairs basement
- Room 25 is at the top of the stairs and it was very noisy with people coming in and out of the building.

In the middle of the city center in one of the nicest streets of Nijmegen. The host was super super nice and the room was clean and looked quite new. Great bed in a historical building. Definitely coming back here. Thank you!
Central location. Absolutely perfect for my requirements.

This is a small, quirky, hotel in a great location! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, and the breakfast was fabulous.
The room was a little cold, but that could have simply been me not understanding the heating controls.
Very good location in the centre of the city, close to a lot of restaurant, host of the hotel is very helpfull
Perfect location in nice street in the center.
Price was way too expensive (200 EUR without breakfast for simple room).
The location was great, staff was fine.
Came there with my partner for some nice time together. I thought I booked a nice, comfy and cozy room. When we came there it felt rather like someone rented out their closet. Only windows where some small windows in the ceiling, floor panels seemed to be the cheapest possible option they could find and where falling apart, shower was stuffed in some 1m2 space behind some cardboard door with ugly wooden pieces glued on the shower doors to open them, paintings were screwed with for screws to the walk in random places, probably to cover up some holes. Beds were made with two separate cover matresses and blankets. Basically it was just very ugly and un-cozy. Which would be ok if the pictures and price would make me expect that I’d be there just to functionally sleep and leave my suitcase. But within this price range I found the quality of the room ridiculous.
Very nice staff helped me as was late to book on the day. Luckily they had a single room left.
Bed could of been more comfy. Didn't get a great night sleep. However the room was clean and quiet.
Location and coziness of the room. Kettle and coffee machine much appreciated
Breakfast was not served at buffet and this is why I decided not to have it. 20€ is too pricey
The the staff were excellent upon check in I was given a free upgrade with a comfortable king sized bed and kitchenette. Was most appreciated after a long travel day!
It’s located very central, you have a wide selection of shops, restaurants and sights in walking distance
Although we booked a luxury room and it was pretty expensive, we were offered a room that was smelly and located at a very steep stairway. Definitely not luxurious. Nothing special, plus the muffy smell of grease and old people was just horrible. We asked for a change and were told that no other rooms were available. After talking to the manager, we suddenly were offered a different room. Mich nicer from the interior. Definitely still not luxurious and absolutely not ventilated well. However, we felt lied to. And were stolen 1 hour of our trip.
Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable room. No problem to leave luggage before check in/ after check out.

Location. Clean.
Mattresses too soft or worn out
Close to everything, maybe a 7-8 walk to main train station
Large beam next to bed, one has to be careful or you’ll knock yourself for a loop!
Location, easy check-in and check-out
Room had no windows. Coffee was not replenished. Pillows were uncomfortable.
The location
Lots of noise at night - drunk people, couldn't sleep at all , also lots of noise in the hallway at night
The room , bed and location
The staircase
We loved our room, the size was perfect for the 3 of us . Location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times .
The crockery and cutlery could be better as there were quite a few missing items, but besides that we managed and got extras the main kitchen on request. The blinds for the entrance door had been broken and not replaced which caused quite a bit of light in at night, this could be easily repaired. Otherwise a great apartment for a small family.
