Hotel Credible

Love the location of the hotel. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really nice and a good selection was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room but are aware this isn't often something in many European hotels. Plenty of local coffee shops around to get a caffeine fix.

Room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Location is outstanding.

If you like peace and quiet this not the place for you. The noise from traffic(especially motorbikes) is a bit much. Basically you are living above a bar which is open till midnight. We managed to ignore most of the noise and they do supply ear plugs. It’s only a minor, but annoying thing. We must have had about 7 or 8 drinks in the bar over the 5 days and not once did they get the order correct.

Located close to the city centre

Service and cleanliness of the room did not match the pricing. Room was not ready when I arrived an hour after check-in. Staff put my bag in the room, but misplaced my coat in another room. The room could have been cleaned better, i.e. bed sheets were clean, but the bed smelled bad; and curtains were partially detached from the rails. Breakfast was basic. Overall, I thought my stay was overpriced for the service delivered.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Informal but efficient. Nice place to work on my laptop at the bar. Food ordered was served quickly and very nice.

The room was very basic. I never had such basic room for 110 euro per night without breakfast! Nice enough bed but floor had damaged Linoleum, one hard chair, no desk, no soap at hand basin, very small room, just enough for bed and 1 meter beside it. The main issue I had with the room was that the drain in the shower was blocked resulting in the (small) room flooding! I mentioned it the following morning and it was NOT fixed during my five days stay there. I had to try and soak it up with towels provided. I left a day earlier as I was going to stay with my family. I had paid in advance and didn’t ask for any money back.

Maybe the stairs if we had top floor

The hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay there was 10 of us altogether we all had lovely big spacious rooms .Location was great we could walk everywhere will definitely stay here again and the staff are lovely.

That my stay was too short ?

Location was great, super friendly staff and complimentary drink on arrival. The bathroom in the room was excellent, looking newly renovated. Room was nicely arranged with additional pillows/throws available. Bar downstairs and food was awesome, and great value for money. There was a DJ in the evening and upstairs in the room you could not hear this.

Telephone in the room was making a high pitched beep, staff let us unplug it. No tea or coffee making facilities, and the additional sofabed was very well used (dipped in the middle). Price of the room vs what we got was quite high, but this was for 3 people so was manageable.

Location and view. Parking was easy

There was some water on the floor from the heating which made my clothes wet. Lesson learned to not throw my clothes on the floor

I just being at Hotel Credible!The bar downstairs is busy and fun; the food is good; the room is comfortable.

The stairs to get up to the 3rd floor are good for your fitness! The bathroom gets flooded when you shower.

Central to town, great restaurant/bar and I loved the room style/decor. Staff were brilliant. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for our destination. We could enter the room earlier than expected, which was nice. And the staff was friendly, although not so fast.

The room was warm, without air conditioning. But they provided a fan, which was nice. The square in front of the hotel can be a bit noisy during night time. Especially when you need to open the windows, because of the heat.

This hotel has a lot of style and the restaurant is In-credible ;)The beds were very comfortable.And of course the location is great and very pretty.

Here is the reason, why it only gets a 6.No AC, so it gets really hot in the room.Pretty much no amenities, except shampoo and soap.The bathroom was very bad for this price.All the water out of the shower will flood the entire bathroom that you just have to clean up with your towels..Of the two led lights in the bathroom only one worked and even when it gets steamy even that one started to act up.Also you can hear everything from the street, but that was to be expected.The location makes it a nice hotel but the quality of the room does not come close to the amount you're paying.

Great location, very near the river and main street for great places to eat / drink and shop. Easy parking underground right next to the hotel.Loverly choice of breakfasts too.

We wondered why ear plugs were supplied with the room, we found out soon enough, it's very noise outside, if not the revellers it's the bin men at dawn! Still, it helped us get up early!

O loved the smell of the shower gel. I really liked the breakfast, and the staff were really great ?

I had a problem with my room, but the staff switched ne to another room straight away. ?

Friendly staff. Good size room and a unique decor. Sliding shutters a good feature being on a busy corner. Good breakfast.
