Pros +
- The room is very spacious and the covers and pillows very warm and comfortable. I had a room next to the road but the sound insulation was also good.
- Very good location (only 13 minutes by bus to the city center), friendly service: when the heating (AC) broke down in one of our rooms, we immediately received another room, and they even moved all our luggage and belongings for us - thank You Ana!
- Good location for those who come to visit the Radboud university. There's mostly forest around, but you can eat at a very nice sushi restaurant at the first floor. All the facilities are good, clean and look solid, albeit rather old. Check in and check out are very easy and I appreciate a lot that they prepared an invoice about my stay very fast, as I needed it for a travel reimbursement. An ideal option for introverts, as you don't see anyone when checking in and checking out :)
Cons -
- The mattress was not very comfortable (could feel the springs) and the room was very cold in winter, it took a while to heat it up using the air conditioner. The minifridge makes a lot of noise but it can be unplugged.
- I appreciate that there's a kettle in the hotel room, but the tea provided didn't taste good, I'd prefer to have a teabag with normal black tea. Also, it's a bit hard to avoid making the bathroom floor wet when showering.
- We thought the room looked clean, but suddenly found a random piece of candy folded in the blanket. There was also a piece of transparent plastic on the ground (which looked like a cover for a medical thermometer?). That kind of scared us on how good everything is cleaned.Additionally, in room 8, there is a low buzzing sound which sounds like something from heavy machinery, or maybe a boiler, which goes on every few minutes, for the whole night. You normally don't really hear it, but if you lay on the bed, the sound is amplified exactly where your head is. I've tried lying with my head on the foot side and the sound is much less noticeable.

Nice big room,with airco.
It was easy to find and we had no issues. There's no staff, no reception. All contactless. That was a bit sad.
Good
To recrieve the key we got tge wrong roomnumber so the code did not function and we had to maken a call
Clear, simple instructions for checkin and checkout. Quiet location. Close to center of Nijmegen. Spacy parking place and room.
Hard to find the entrance of the location. No clear signs of hotel name Boshof. Could only find hotel name Konbanwa. Google maps was also not clear. Had to ask the local restaurant Konbanwa where it was.
It is a nice location if you want to walk, hike or cycle, in an old location (Sionshof) which served as the Allied HQ in 1944 during Operation Market Garden.
Slightly outdated, while clean. Very interesting led lights.
Historic feel, location, price, air con, fridge, tv.Key box and communication / instructions.
Not in town, close to cycling routes
We knew no meals available, but not an area with much choice. We were able to get a drink in the evening, but general feeling was that we were not welcome!
The place is very clean and quiet and has free spacious parking, I ,m speaking a little English and then the employee spoke to me on the phone in German and she was really great
Everything’s was nice only there was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom, that’s okay
Lovely quiet location and very spacious room
Would have been good to know that it is just a room, without reception, bar and breakfast option. The water mains were noisy.
Beautiful styling of the room, a restaurant in the same building (not the same company), self check in and check out were all great things to have
The room wasn't that clean, the lights behind the bed didn't work. The bed itself had a broken wood piece that was creaky. The bath was nice but the drain hole was dysfunctional, it would always drain unless you put pressure on it while bathing. The heating unit inside the bathroom was rusted over. The location was very unfriendly to walkers, no stores were closeby or restaurants besides the one in the building and McDonald's (30min walk)

The old style rooms from an era when this was once no doubt a great hotel .
There is no staff , key from a keypadbox . The Japanese restaurant is the main attraction . It can not be classed as hotel . Just a room . No reception area , no staff , no breakfast . Parking taken over by custumers from the Japanese restaurant in the same building . Not very often this happens but this is a joke and needs updating on booking.com as nothing is what it sèems .
I send in a special request and they did more then I had expected. It was a contactless hotel so the keys are in a lockerbox and you can go in the room instantly, no need to wait in queue.
The value for money and clear instructions for autonomous checking in (with the necessary code) and checking out. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and good mattress. We shall revisit it. The bathroom also met our expectations.
The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable the sheets soft!Self-Check-in with the lock boxes works great ,and the owner did check in with us via whatsapp to see if everything was fine.
The place is rather noisy/thin walls, so if your neighbours leave earlier than you do, and aren't respecting the other guests, you end up being woken up earlier than you planned. Although, with a check-out of 10am that might not be a bad thing. The shower could do with a shower curtain. The bathroom is one big open space, and after having a shower post of the bathroom was wet. A curtain could prevent that from happening.
Really nice bathroom, spacious. Nice led lights behind the bed. Pleasurable air-conditioning. In general a very nice room and a very relaxing stay for me.
The stairs that you have to walk thru to get into the room are very steep and short. Making it difficult to get there with a suitcase taking in there is no elevator.
