Good location near to the center (walkable) , big room with big balcony , The room has an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are truly living in the oldest city in the Netherlands, private street parking next to the building

Neighborhood and closeness to the train station.

When we arrived, the owner wasn't there, but other guests gave us a tour. In our estimation, the place was dirty, somewhat decrepit, and certainly not clean. We tried calling the owner, but he did not answer our calls. Overall, the place inside seemed creepy, and somewhat "Bates Motel". We decided to lose our payment and stayed somewhere else that was cleaner, and perhaps safer.

Great size apartment in great central location with ample free parking for 4 bikes. Host couldn't have been more accommodating.

Quirky layout which works really well. Great location, parking easy on street, and a short walk from town centre.

I absolutely loved the character of the guest house, with huge spacious rooms, high ceilings and a balcony. Easy walk into town.

Everything was great

The location was perfect and the self check in method gives you a lot of freedom for the time of arrival. The room was very big an spacious and although because of the weather I could not enjoy the balcony, it did look very nice.I had to work there for one day and the neighbourhood was quite calm and the room had lots of natural light, which I appreciated.

I did not like the disposition of the toilet. There was a private toilet with the room but this toilet was not connected directly with the room but through the main hallway. To give some privacy they had placed a wooden screen, but it was still unpractical to go in th e middle of the night. If they would build a proper wall there instead would be perfect.

Excellent location, spacious, all amenities needed.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke at times, potentially coming from other tenants in same building.

Room was lovely and big, very clean with a lovely balcony that you could sit out on

As you entered the downstairs it smealt strongly of cigarettes

Everything was fine, but it would have been great to have shampoo in the shower.
