if you are looking for something close to the hospital, this is the best choice. and just walking distance to the gym, as they do not have a gym at hotel.

the first room I got was really noisy and I could hear the next room bathroom flashing at mid night ! but the stuff were very nice to change my room to other quite site of hotel

I was not pleased with the lighting in the bathroom or the room in terms of doing makeup. I would also like a full-length mirror. The bathroom fan/lighting went off automatically but this could've been going faster, and maybe stated somewhere. I was looking for the light switch to turn it off

Nice little hotel. Room was very nice and quite big, with a balcony.

Breakfast was just average. The room did not have a fridge nor any coffee/tea making gadgets.

The hotel features a beautiful design, a luxurious atmosphere, and exceptionally attentive staff. It offers a quiet environment and delicious food, and is conveniently located near Radboudumc Hospital. Overall, it’s an excellent choice.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was amazing. The shower was a little cold in the morning. The reception staff and everyone was very nice.

Worst experience ever.I was there for an important event that I needed to attend in the morning. I took my breakfast and was about to eat it when a staff member came over and told me I couldn’t. The time was 7:55, and I was told I had to wait until 8:00. I already had the plate in front of me, what was I expected to do, just sit there in silence for five minutes for no reason?To make things worse, I was treated very rudely on a morning that was already important and stressful for me. It was just me and my friend there, so I really don’t understand the reason for such poor treatment.

We had an important exam the next day so it was a really confortable cosy environment. It was clean. The food was also good. It is also close to the citycenter

In the morning we had to eat breakfast too quick because we had to hurry for an important exam. The employee who was preparing breakfast warned us as to wait until 8 o' clock if we were little children . The breakfast was ready and we had only 10 minutes to eat. Than she asked the roomnumbers in an impolite way. Maybe you can find another solution to this problem maybe a card or something that shows we already paid and we are not some homeless people who are trying to steal the breakfast.

I genuinely liked everything about it – from the way the room is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, to the exceptional services offered. The staff who work there truly stand out; they are friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

I would liked if there was instruction how to use air condition and etc. As it was all in dutch(or perhaps I was blind). But in rest it did not hindered the comfort. And I could not open TV or at least did not know how.

I booked the hotel because I had an early medical appointment at the hospital nearby. The accommodation was easy to reach by public transport and very close to the hospital. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, and there was the option to have dinner at the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Large comfortable bed and room, beautifully decorated with small private balcony. Very nice private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities, which were brilliant! Staff were very friendly. Dinner was excellent. Ideal location for university and MPI (which we were visiting) but 15mins taxi from station/main town (€15). Would highly recommend.

Automatic light in bathroom turns on and wakes partner if you go to the toilet at night. It also goes off unhelpfully while you shower!

Really nice hotel with modern facilities, friendly stuff and comfy rooms. There is a busstop right in the front to reach the city center within a couple of minutes.

The staff were extremely helpful. It was very clean and the common kitchen was very convenient. The bus stops across the street so it was easy to get around the city.

Everything looked clean. The restaurant on the ground floor is very nice.

In room 209 there is some machine sound coming from behind the wall next to the closet/desk. The room was big but felt a bit empty. It would have been very nice to have larger and more comfortable/inviting sitting area next to the window (now two very small chairs and a small table).

Remote from the centre, an exellent option to rent bikes. Friendly staff.

The staff was not there in the morning. Bad for checkout. Breakfast really late in the weekend, not good for workers or families with children.
