Breakfast Is good. The staff at Breakfast is very Cooperative.

They Charged my Credit Card Twice. before my arrival and i have got the loss of almost 100 euro. As charges of bank on Foreign Transaction. I even reported it to Hotel before my Arrival but nothing has been done.I am very Disappointed and will not Recommend to any body. I even called to Hotel and told about all the Charges and she at Reception promises to call me but i never get call.Very Disappointing.

It was very warm in the room, turning down the radiator did not make it cool down. I couldn't open any windows.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast. Really good to have a kettle and cafetiere in the room rather than instant coffee or pods.

The hotel is beautiful and staff professional.The loft-style room was large with a comfortable bed.The toiletries were of a high quality and it was fantastic to have a TV both upstairs and downstairs.The room also had a fridge and iron which is not always a given these days.The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food.

Beautiful building, we loved how everything was decorated: modern and colourful while still honouring the gorgeous old details. The bed was very comfy and breakfast was nice.

Only some really minor things; our tv screen didn't fully work, and the windows were very difficult to open/close. Other than that it was great.

The hotel is very nice and welcoming. 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful.

the bfast room is really noisy, some soundproofing would be recommended. Bathroom small for two to navigate (basically not possible) but ok, manageable.

Nice room and great location for the Four Days Marches. The crowds and lively atmosphere during the day and the event were followed by quiet restful evenings. Staff provided good security for hotel guests while also being accommodating. Nice breakfast to start the day.

Very clean, spacious and modern rooms in a vintage building. Huge smart TV, comfortabel bed, and amazing shower.Parking in front of the hotel

Parking is conveniënt in front of the hotel, but you have to pay extra, although not expensive.You need to register to use WiFi, but for me it was somehow troublesome to register.

Triple room is actually double room + couch. Only 2 cups. Filter coffee difficult to use in the room. Lamp cable hanging from ceiling. Lack of ventilation, needed to keep window open. Carpet on the floor. Very poor value for money.

The staff were wonderful So friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for us within easy reach of what the town had to offer .We had a splendid family meal . The menu created for us by the chef was delicious .

The foyer of hotel is very uninviting . No proper seating to relax while waiting to be attended to.The piece of sculpture/furniture in the middle of the floor was a mystery. Bar menu for dinner was very limited . No food available after 8 when we arrived on a .Monday. Rooms are only refreshed every third day .

It's a really nice-looking hotel with a cute gift shop.

The shower got a little cloagged and the water got out of the shower area.

Staff was responsive and welcoming. Place was clean and spacious. I appreciated the proximity to downtown.

There’s only one restaurant on site. Wish it had more kid friendly food.
