Pros +
- Fast check-in & check-out, perfect location next to the station.
- We have always stayed there with great pleasure. Location is great. Two steps from central station
- location is perfect and Staff very polite and friendly
Cons -
- The room was very cold and no option to turn the heater up.
- I didn’t like that they changed extra service costs because we booked via booking. It is always a bad surprise when you have to pay extra money. In this case it was 10% of the total cost of the reservation. Please be clear about what guests can expect when making a reservation. In this case city tax per person plus service costs. Not nice
- The bed was very uncomfortable and seems it hasn’t been changed for a while as both side were bend

Passable
Suggestion - If the property is under maintenance Hotel should not take bookings , from 0900 to 1700 hours they cut off heating as work was going on with temperature outside in minus , loud noises were being heard in room during day as the maintenance crew was working . Had to ask repeatedly for heating , We have audio files but somehow cannot upload here
Breakfast was good.
A single room is a very small space with paper-thin walls, so you can enjoy both your neighbours' conversations and the sounds of announcements at the station. I don't believe that two towels are enough for one guest (at least it is not enough for a place that is designated as a four-star hotel), and neither of them was large enough. The room has a kettle, which is a big plus, but it hasn't been cleaned in a long time and all drinks taste of limescale.
The breakfast was nice.
The room was poorly isolated, i could feel the cold draft enter from crevices of the window and i could also hear the noise outside (trains, cars, people)There was construction going on, which they did not inform us of. During the whole day there was endless drilling and hammering. The noise was unbearable, which made it difficult to work. The elevators didn't work for one night and i had to use the stairs. When i approached the front desk, they said welp, a little movement isn't bad for the body. I found a fruit fly in my orange juice.
Brilliant hotel close to the train station. Lovely staff. Beds comfortable
Breakfast was a bit pricey
The hotel enjoys a convenient location near the city center. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bed offered a high level of comfort. Additionally, the presence of an iron and ironing board in the room was a significant advantage
For two days it was cold and windy outside, and unfortunately the room felt cold as well. The wind came in through the windows, and we could clearly hear the traffic and outside noise. Also, the towels were quite worn and could really use replacing.
The room's window faced the main railway station, so it was quite noisy all night. The windows did not prevent moisture from entering from outside.
Was a good visit overall, didn't check breakfast though. Next door is a small gym u can use as hotel guest - that was great. Parking costs are alright-ish (13.50€/day).
Bath was a bit small - but alright though. You should tell visitors, that there is a separate cooling and heating system - air conditioning is only for cooling but there is a separate (and almost invisible) separate heating below the windows. Was not that obvious during darker winter times in my honest opinion
Very clean, friendly staff and perfectly located.
Very basic, beds were soft with large pillows.Personal preference.
My expectations were high for Mercure Hotel However, no staff has been in our room for 3 days in order to top up coffee, tea etc. No towel changes. There isnt a bottle of water in the rooms, apparently you can drink from the tabs but on arrival we didnt know that, and couldnt see any note saying so. On September, we did stay at 4 star hotel in Budapest and I couldnt fault fault their services. I think my expectations were high, that is all
Checking rooms have enough of everything
Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right next to the train station but it is not noisy.
Perfect for a one-night stay. Small room, but enough space for one person. Great location.
There were no issues. Just fine.
Great location at Train station.Good breakfast options.
Very uncomfortable hard bed.
Central position, handy for the train station and town. Very clean and convenient
Typical hotel chain blandness
we liked the private sauna option and the buffet at breakfast. the location is also very good
bathroom's door caused lake of space and movement in the bathroom. TV options limited
Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location next to the train station.
Great hotel with parking on site you pay for. Felt very secure. Right next to the train station and a short walk into the main town.
Booked the property so we could visit a family members war grave in Jonkersbos cemetery.Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast and evening meal was lovely.
