The rooms were very neat and tidy and clean.Staff were also friendly and willing to help.It’s also in a convenient location to the city and sightseeing locations.The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Absolutely great value for money in a great location very close to the centre of town. Stayed in a family room with our two kids and it was very spacious and a lovely clean, newly renovated room. Staff were exceptionally helpful. There is paid parking for 7 euro behind the building but there is also a lot of street parking available in the adjacent street. We just had to pay 1.80 per hour after 8am until we checked out. Two laundromats within 350m of the hotel and we desperately needed to do laundry.

There is a lift but after that, there are three stairs up to floor level. Not a big problem for us but a bit of a weird building design. Nothing the owners can do about that. Just be aware if you have mobility issues.

This lovely hotel ticked all the boxes for our one-night stay. A lovely welcome from Joanna, who explained everything perfectly; our very convenient and affordable car park at the back of the hotel (3,70€ overnight) and the excellent location. We were on the pedestrian street (downtown) and at the Christmas markets within 5 minutes walk. Numerous restaurants, a Netto supermarket, chemists, all within a few minutes from our hotel.Our room was an average size, completely renovated, including the bathroom and a great, firm bed.Breakfast was available on-site, but we didn't indulge.Perfect for us, we'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect position, easy parking. Room was beautiful, well finished with wood furniture, big tv and shower. Heating was good and powerful.

It is a "budget" hotel, the room was basic but clean and functional. Breakfast was adequate and filling, Location is right in the centre of town, a short, easy and flat 10 minute walk from the Railway station.

The location in the town was good. Staff friendly, rooms very clean.

There was no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold in hot weather. Proximity to apartments overlooking the room was Extremely close.

Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great. I enjoyed chatting with them during quiet periods over a coffee, which was very pleasant.My room (219), overlooking the paved area front of house, was fine for a solo traveller. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. A double door opened onto a Juliet balcony. Very welcome in the stifling weather during my stay.I was directed to a safe place to park my motorcycle as soon as I arrived. It couldn't be any closer. Very reassuring.24 hour reception was nice to see.Just a few minutes walk to town centre. But not so close the very loud Stadt Sauber festival couldn't be heard. It is VERY loud!

Best breakfast I had in a hotel for a very long time. All the people working there were super nice to us. Clean towels and free water everyday, everyone was super friendly, even those who didn't speak English. Highly recommended for a quick stop in Hildesheim!

Booked for 5 People but only pillows and duve for 4.

the internet didn't work and when we asked for help, the staff were quite arrogant and it wasn't their problem. there was a blue bluetooth light in the room which was hard to sleep from.

Room was loud due to lots of activity out of our window early in morning. Renovation was taking place. Location was good, room was clean and comfortable.

Nice staff. My son forget his jacket and hat. Later that I get it back.

Good location for what we needed, basic but clean and tidy and family room was nice and big with ample storage. No outside noise at all when windows closed

Rooms were warm overnight, no aircon and too noisy to have windows open overnight

City centre location, breakfast was well presented a really good choice of food too

Fantastic front of house on arrival

Good location near to restaurants and close to the city center. In general the stay was OK, I just stayed there one night and left VERY early in the morning, so not much to say here.
