Basic hotel to stay overnight.

Bedrooms could have been equipped with refrigerator The mattress could be better and more comfortable

Location near downtown Hildesheim is super. After a 5 minutes walk you are on the main market with lovely sights. I recommend doing the 'rose' or World Heritage trail !

Everything was perfect. Big and very clean room, very good wi-fi connection and a perfect location for Hildesheim.

After sleeping one night in the hotel I have got multiple bites on legs and hands. The window was closed hence I exclude mosquitos and consider bed bugs to be an issue. My kids who slept on the sofa didn't have any complains.This incident was the only issue with Ibis hotel.

It was fresh and clean.

The interior with the colure setting was to our taste pretty awful. Felt like its mostly a business hotel where you stay one night for a work trip

Great location for town. And autobahns to Harz mountains easy access. Underground parking

The price increase from last time we were here, it was almost the double price, but for a smaller room.

No doors to the bathroom/shower - transparent shower doors facing room entrance, separated only by wall from the rest of the room.

Very over priced and quite a drab hotel. Needs some TLC and to rethink their room design. Parking was good though and check in was fast.

The toilet and shower room were separate but parted by a very heavy wooden sliding door that clattered. So you’d used the loo then need to slug this big wood sliding door and walk into the main room before you can even wash your hands. It was inconvenient and gross and loud. The beds are rock solid too, so bring an extra pillow. I took one look at the breakfast and went to the nearby bakery, it’s 7 mins away and opens early. So save your money and get something a lot better.
