1891 Hildesheim Boutique Hotel

Very convenient location less than a minute from the train station. Staff were outstanding and accommodated us even on a holiday. We were visiting from America and the staff’s english was superb. Our room was clean and tidy and the provided breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. Would recommend!

Very close to the main station. The hotel is actually way nicer than what we expected from the pictures. Good and rich breakfast!

We could not leave our luggage after checking out at the reception (we had a train later in the day) because it is not always open.

Nice staff, great location, literally 5 mins from the main train station but no obvious noise.

floors are very creaky because its an old property, so you hear that in your room when folks are moving around. its not terrible but it is noticeable, especially from the stairs so if you're a super-light sleeper, this might not be the place for you.

Neat, cosy, near the central station, nice people at the reception, better than one expects from a Bahnhof hotel.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room, maybe a fan or air-conditioning. Unfortunately there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room or in the bar for in the evening.Also the communication with the hotel before the arrival was not what we expected as we had not received any answers to our questions or requests.

Staff member who greeted us was polite, funny, professional and incredibly helpful. Location was central, and fairly quiet. Traditional continental breakfast was pretty good, the jam / preserve looked homemade and tasted good.

Hard to sleep at night because of lots of light coming in, which was made worse by a slightly broken blind in the room. The pillows were very thin, so even though four were provided for us as a couple, they might as well have not existed. We slept very badly.

The hotel is located closed to the train station and it takes about 5-6 min walk to the center of this beautiful city. We had a room facing the street but surprisingly it was quite inside the room. Friendly stuff and ready to provide you with their best tips for a joyful walk in the city. If you are traveling by car, it is easy to find street parking next to the hotel.

I would like to have a better breakfast variety, probably scrabbled eggs and smoothies. The pillows were too soft and thin for our taste but we folded and it could reach the level of thickness that we wanted.

A reconstructed building in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the railway station, not so very close to the center, but it did not matter really. Comfortable and clean.

I like the location, it was close to the train station. I was a little worried about the neighborhood because of the graffiti and security cameras at businesss but I saw familys and it seemed very safe. Breakfast had a nice variety. The overall the room was clean.

There was a stain on the bed cover, it needed to be washed before I came but I didn't see it right away & did not use it. I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi but a staff member helped me and it worked. It would have been nice to have more options to watch tv.

The room got really hot in the morning. The toilet smelled , we think bad plumbing. The beds were split, so not so good for a couple.

Too smal parking place for the amount of room. If you need parking write to hotel to be sure ( there are 4 places)

Staff member was outstanding Very attentive loaned me a charger and was willing to walk me to the bank machine to show me where it was. Excellent. Thank you!
